I once again was at work at 5am today for some OT. I don't know how I'm going to be able to handle it all next week too. I'm so tired already.

I was scared out of bed by my phone which was in another room. I called Disney Dining and got straight through. I wasn't able to book directly through them because we have such a large party for Steakhouse 55. The CM forwarded me to the Group reservations number where I was prompted to leave the PS information and a call back number.

I said I need a PS for Steakhouse 55

• On March 1, 2010
• Around 9:30am
• For 16 people (in case we have any others who haven't signed up yet)
• We'd be willing to sit in smaller groups (2 of 8 or 4 of 4) as long as we could all eat at the same time.

So now they need to get back to me.

I'm off back to bed!

Gooood morning! Happy New Years Eve!!

Today I’m working, after work I need to put gas and go to the book store. Tonight I’m going to sushi with my parents and Jesus. Today is my parents 19th wedding anniversary. Long story short, my parents married after my Mom got out of high school, they were married for a couple years, divorced and never dated/married/had kids for the 10 YEARS while they were divorced. My Mom ran into my Dad’s Mom at the grocery store and my grandma told my Mom she would have my Dad call her, my Dad showed up at my Mom’s house, they fell in love again, got married again and had ME 2 years later! I think they have the sweetest love story.

After sushi I’m going to Jesus’ house and ring in the New Year there.

What’s everyone else up to?

Beth – Happy dating anniversary! I remember when I first got on the Dis and I had my TR you told me how you and Ruben have been dating since you guys were young and not to give up on young love (aka me and Jesus!). You are so awesome.

Donna – I think it would be neat to work with kids at the library. But you’re right about bums spending time there or using the computer. Every time I go to my library, all the computers are taken up.

Capri – Congrats on the new hair cut AND the new healthy lifestyle! My parents are going to start this new year too and I’m going along for the ride! Plus, I love it when my Mom tries to cook new food. I like being a taste tester.

Cristabel – Have fun watching Princess and the rana!

Heather – Ew, that stinks about your neighbors. We live in an apartment too and our new neighbors slam their front door CONSTANTLY and it makes so much noise and makes the dogs bark. It drives us nuts.

Vicki – I think Mini Coops are adorable! And glad to hear nothing is wrong with Mic’s blood test and that he’s feeling better!

Vicki, glad to hear your sweetie is ok and how fun to get a new car!! I want one SO bad. I have had mini vans and suv's for the last 10 or so years and then in 06 when the gas was outrageous I sold my expedition and bought a camry. It is a great little car but really not practical with our family and all the sports and stuff we do. I don't want another BIG SUV gas hog but would really like a toyota sequoia. I know they are boo coo bucks so I would hopefully get a used one! But that is down the line since we are still paying on shane's truck and we don't want 2 car payments right now! (my car is paid for) So hopefully in the next few years we can get his truck paid off and then I can finally get a bigger car. I just hope my camry is in decent enough shape still by then to sell and get some cash for!!

Anyway we saw blind side last night and it was SO good! LOVE it! For anyone who HASN'T seen it you MUST see this movie! Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw do a GREAT job as does the boy who played the lead. Great feel good movie!!!

Today of course is Katy's 10th birthday and she has been talking about it for MONTHS! LOL Typical kid. And of course now that it was this week we have been hearing every day only x many days till my birthday. Shane was teasing her last night that she had more days then she had and she was getting so mad at him LOL.

We don't really have much planned for today just more running around and cleaning house but then we are going to mom's tonight for a small cake and she will open her gifts from us and my parents and then mom invited some friends over so hopefully we will play some board games. We VERY rarely make it till midnight so we shall see. It will be neat to see Times Square though since we were there this summer. That place is nuts during a NORMAL day. I sure couldn't imagine being there on NYE!!

Then tomorrow we will prob go BACK to mom's and just eat lots o junk and watch the bowl games and Sat is Katy's party. I hope it all goes off ok. I have to meet all the kids and parents at about the same time so I can pay for them all at once and then get IN the theater before the movie starts. I hope no one is late! Then we are going to round table for some pizza and Katy ordered a hannah montana cake. They didn't have twilight But I think it will be fun.

I am very pleased and proud to announce that our scavenger team has grown by leaps and bounds. Some kind ladies have graciously offered to help us out.

Our team now consist of:
Cheryl- Questionare extraodinare
Linda- New assistant extraodinaire to Cheryl
Bree- Assistant to Linda and gopher extraodinaire
Callie- Printer and organizer extraodinaire
Wendy- Editor in chief (She still wants to stay involved)
Yours truly- Announcer, team selector and prizes

I am still in the process of selecting teams. As you can see, there are now 3 less ladies competing. Beth could you please take them off of the list. Gracias. I like Barry too!

By the way ladies, after I have done my best to make up the teams, I do ask for input from the committee on them. We confer, get the thumbs up and go from there. So if you are not particularly happy with your team, you don't just have me to blame.

Jen- I think I forgot to say it earlier, but I will be there on 1/7 @ 7pm. Looking forward to seeing you again .

Jill- I did end up having fun volunteeing at the snack bar during the tournament & I know my son enjoys when I'm there. When he was in Pop Warner I was the team parent & it about drove me nuts, but I know my son liked I was the team parent.

Theresa- Thanks for letting me know that Minnies has the Pooh characters. I knew they were there years ago, but I thought when they changed it to Minnies, they left. Good know know Pooh & friends are still there.

Beth- You are your husbands relationship is so sweet. Hope you have fun seeing Barry .

Heather- That's just gross about your neighbors. I mean to they not know how to use a toilet . That's just crazy that their toilet backs up so much.

Stacierita - did you find the black shoes? Also, have you ever had custom orthotic lifts? I have them and they help those of us with back probs.

Haven't found my shoes yet. Heading out again today on the hunt. Thanks for reminding me about the orthotics. I have a podiatrist and he recommended them before. He sorta tried to ask me out the last time I saw him so I haven't been back. Then again, I have had any food issues either. Might have to go that route though.

I will be out doing more shopping today and getting things for tonight. We usually just hang out at the house with some friends and family, have appetizers and drinks. Everyone who has kids brings them along too. Last year we did karaoke, but I think this year we will do games instead. We like to keep it casual. But I have a million things to do to get ready. UGH!

Yesterday I had my yearly b**b squishing xray. Man......after that is done, it is no wonder they sag. It hurts too. But it is something that all women need to do faithfully!!!

Well my big plans for the night are zip. We are watching the grandsons, while DS and DIL are away to Newport. Lucky ducks. Actually I am fine watching them, and going to bed early. Works for me.

Also, I got all my hair chopped off. It's cute! It just barely reaches my shoulders.....barely. And I have bangs too - LOL. No, I'm not going to post a picture yet because my face is too fat from gaining 20 pounds (seriously), but I've started my new healthier lifestyle today to lose it, so that's good, right? My goal is to lose 40 pounds by the time I turn 40. YES, I said the big one......40! I will turn 40 in September 2010, and now is the time to do something about the weight and my health. NOW! I bought some "ear Candy" or whatever those earbud things are called because I didn't have any to use when I go out for walks and running, and I really love to listen to music when I'm exercising. It helps me not only focus, but I seem to work out longer when I'm listening to music.

Can't wait to see you again! And good for you for starting on your healthier lifestyle! You have over 8 months till your birthday...you can lose 40 by then. That is only 5 lbs per month! You can totally do that!
