It's snowing here today. Yep, snow. Luke said it snows when God shaves. Okaaaay, never heard that one, but I thought it was both creative and humorous.

Justin and I were discussing our vacation plans for this fall and thought it would be a good idea to take my mom with us. As you all know, she's been taking care of my dad for a long time and hasn't had a vacation in, well, forever.
So now we're going back on forth on where to stay. I thought of the Worldmark Anaheim and asked Tracey about it, because I could swear she stayed there, but she hasn't. (I guess my mind was playing tricks on me - haha.) She did say it gets good reviews though, so maybe that's an option for us after all. We would have to drive to the parks from there, but I guess that could work?
Or I could book two rooms at the HOJO. We wouldn't all be together, but I suppose that's not a big deal as long as our rooms are fairly close to each other.
I also looked into renting points for a 2 bedroom at the Grand, but YOWZA! Point requirements at the Grand are a lot more than the DVC resorts at WDW. A lesson in supply and demand.

Is there any other place I should consider?

It's almost Friday! Yay!! Then my kids will be on Spring Break. Not that we really have any plans anymore.
Probably early 90's.... '92 or '93.
The management were like drill sergeants. Smiling on the floor, and barking at everyone behind the scenes. Just miserable people. I realized shopping there was more fun than working there.
And if you get hired, which I'm sure you will, hopefully your supervisors are a lot nicer.
That's not right.

Yep! My family is plagued with boys, not a single grand daughter for my mom to spoil. And -so far- a boy on hubby's side. Booooo, I love being auntie to all my nephews and I am a "boy mom" but one day would love to drool over cute little dresses and girlie princess things.. sigh...

. I've never stayed overnight at Worldmark, but my cousin and his family stayed there when they were down last year and I thought the rooms were nice. They had a 2-bedroom and it was spacious. I don't think it was big as the GCV but still plenty of room. Plus it's right by a 7-11 so it's easy for a beer run
. It just sucks! But you are a great mother. I hope I can make it to the walk this year.
