Trying to go over the schedule in my muscle relaxer loopy mind! I see that Storytellers is on there for Monday morning. Is still happening! I see no sign up or list. Anyone want to breakfast or lunch that day? My MIL and I are not leaving until Tuesday, so we are around all day. Did we make tentative plans pages back that I just can't remember? I can not remember how late anyone will be around.

Storytellers was just what I had decided I was going to do for breakfast on Monday morning since not many would be sticking around. I'm staying until Tuesday as well (hopping over to HOJO from the GVC). I think one other person was going to meet up with me but I'm blanking. We never started an official sign up for it.

My older (ex-step) sister texted me this morning to let me know her and her fiance/boyfriend of 7 years finally set the date....for September 1st. Where will I be? Disneyland, getting ready for the half! The wedding is at night so it would be too much on my body to fly that late the night before I need to tuck in early. What a bummer that I have to miss this. It doubley stinks cause my little sister is flying in from Colorado with my niece and I will miss them. Apparently, older sis confirmed the date would work for little sis, but not with me. Oh well, I guess.

I still need to find a sitter for my kids on Thursday from 3:30-midinght since my DH has work - my usual sitters are all in high school and cannot stay out that late on a school night. Fingers crossed that I find someone quick!

I sent a PM to those I thought were sticking around until Monday. Turned out most everyone was leaving too early to do breakfast. I think only you and Kandace were going to be there, so yes, it was basically just the two of you going to Storytellers. No sign up list.

I am not thrilled about the lime green either. I may skip it. I did last year. I have a cute shirt that is the right color, but it truly makes me look like death. NAS. TY. (it is NOT a shirt I bought - it was given to me to wear for a trade show that I ended up not attending)

I'm wearing green. Not lime green, but green. I figure at least I'm in the general ballpark. There are some really pretty greens out there, just go with that.

I guess I'm just shopping at the wrong places, because none of the stores I go to seem to have villain merchandise...where do you all go??...Villains R Us?

Going to grab the suitcase out today and start packing.

I decided to skip the exchange. Just trying to save money. But before making that decision I was going to go with more of a general spooky, almost Halloween theme. I'm sure whatever you found will be fine. It's all in good fun anyway.

Sorry, Jen. I only add people to the lists as I am asked to. I learned from past experiences never to assume anything, not even with those traveling together! Sometimes it's been a bit too much togetherness so you never know when someone purposely wants some separate time.

I woke up Thursday with my lower back in screeching pain that has gotten worse. I am taking some muscle relaxers and naproxen. It does seem better today, so I am hopeful that I will be better for the trip. What fun!

I found my lime green shirt at Victorias Secret today It is much cuter than my shirt from last year. I also found shoes to go with my teal dress and accessories for my Diva shirts. So all in all, today was a success!

Daisy, 5 am is way too early but Monday mornings the traffic is awful, so I would give yourselves 2 hours. 6:15 or 6:30 am would give you plenty of time.

I had forgotten about traffic, probably 2 hours would be better.

I'm still having doubts about the lime green day. I tried my t-shirt on and it just makes me look ill. I think it might make other people ill too. The lime green and pasty white skin is just not a good mix. I'm just going to have to see.

I "officially" give up! I have walked around in stores for weeks looking for a villain related gift and I'm at a loss. SO...yesterday while out thrifting, DD & I come up with a brilliant non-villain gift idea. We started scouring the shops for Vintage Disney items and surprisingly found a few neat things. So whoever gets my gift had better like the 1960's! I figure somebody will either really think it's cool or wonder why some crazy lady bought used stuff for the exchange.

So all in all, today was a success!

Finally bought my Disneyland pass, might upgrade to AP. Hubby said he wants a trip with me, awwww. He hasn't gone in a few years and kinda misses it. I am a very lucky lady.

Bought a cheapie phone, want to throw cheapie phone out the window - not that it would harm cheapie phone as we live on the ground floor. Entering numbers over and over to get it activated. Waited overnight to see if it worked in morning. Finally dh sat on hold for 30 minutes, talked to two people - who insisted he punch in the same numbers yet again- and just as the manager was going to try "something else" our home phone battery died and cut her off.
sooooooooooo, I might not have a phone this trip. Or maybe we will buy an airtime card and resurrect my son's phone. Blahhhhh.

My Noah is turning 16 on Monday. Sniffle, sniffle. I love my boys, they are good kids. But they really need to stop growing up now.

I have ONE forest green shirt that I wear on St. Pat's Day. Other than that, the closest I get to wearing green is TEAL. LOL
