So ladies, a unique opportunity has presented itself, and I can't take advantage of it, so I wanted to see if any of you are interested, and I could facilitate it for you.

I can get a two bedroom villa on Feb 25th for a week. The cost is $700. Totally crazy, huh?

Anyhow, if any of you want to change your room for part of the time, even if you only used the room Sat and Sunday, it may make sense, and be an awesome place to stay!

Let me know if you are interested. I would need the full amount to be sent over via paypal as a gift (so no fees) by noonish in order to confirm this.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday, Divas! Anyone have anything fun planned? All we have on the agenda today is a couple errands for me and then serious food coma. Today's junk food menu includes chips, triscuits, 3 kinds of dip/spread and a take n bake pizza for dinner. Oh, and beer. LOL. All I have to do today is run a couple of errands (Target and Bed Bath Beyond) and then assemble the chili cheese dip. It's just me and hubby. I should be in a fat-induced food coma by the end of the 3rd quarter. I hope it's a good game. I like both the QBs, so I'm not really rooting for either team, but DH is rooting for the Giants, so I just might have to root for the Patriots, just to keep things interesting. Have a great day!

We're going over to my parents - BBQing ribs and burgers and having all the normal Superbowl foods (chips, dips, veggie tray, cheeses, meats, crackers, ect.)

But it will be bitter sweet time because of my dad and all, so in a way it will be a hard day and hopefully I won't cry....and especially in my beer, which would be tragic. Ha!

Hope you are all enjoying the Super Bowl.

Just wanted to provide an update on my travel plans. Good news is that I have figured out how to come on the trip during my son's birthday weekend. Bad news is that I'll have to leave a little later. I'm going to have a birthday breakfast for Nico, bring cupcakes to school, work half day and then get on a plane to Jet Blue. I'll be at Disneyland in time for Friday dinner.

I will not, however, make it for BBQ lunch on Friday, so if you could, please remove me from the list.

I am finally able to get on the DIS. It was so slow earlier I just couldn't stand to wait for it.

Sarah, I keep wanting to pack, too! But it's too early, for me anyway.

Bernice, how cool, a Peeps store. We've been to MOA once before and I'm glad we got the chance to check it out, even though to my kids it was just a giant mall. lol

AmySue, you do have a softer side! I have to say, I am not a fan of Peeps. Maybe I need to try them stale.

2 weeks from today we will be heading to the airport!!! SOOO can't wait!

I am actually mostly packed for the girls and I because I didn't want to forget anything and so I have most of it done except for my overnight bag (makeup toothpaste etc) and then my pants. Like I said I don't own enough to pack them early so will probably be doing laundry the weekend before and packing the sunday night before we leave.

My pants are all way too tight. I fear if I try to squeeze into them, I will at some point burst open at the seams. Yep, that muumuu is looking better and better.

Beth you and I have the same problem LOL. I don't know HOW many times I have bought "fat" jeans only to lose the weight later and throw all those fat ones away swearing I would NEVER let myself get that way again. SHEESH! When I came to the first diva trip I was 50 lbs lighter and wearing a size 10 jeans. NOT any more. I finally gave up and realized I either buy some jeans that fit or else I would be wearing sweatpants forever LOL. But I only bought like 4 pair with the hope that I would FINALLY lose the weight. Well I haven't lost it yet and if I am not careful THESE jeans won't fit soon LOL.

But hey the trick is buy stretchy ones. I figured out when you get in the "womens" sizes most of them are that way anyway LOL!

And hey as much as I HATE mondays today was pretty good. Nothing to do at work so I am already back home AND I got my tax refund so I was able to pay off my visa card. Talk about a HUGE weight off and after I pay my other two cards I may even have a little left over for the trip!!!

With your help, we exceeded our goal and we are very grateful. You can know that at least one family will be able to realize some of their final memories with their terminally ill child because of you.

I have a binder full of Pokemon cards from when they first came out. Including some crazy hard to find Charizard (?) card. I should probably put the whole mess on ebay or something. LOL

I still have all my older son's cards from the 90's. We spent alot of money on some of them...LOL

Sounds lovely, we need a diva trip to Hawaii! Hilo Hatties has a store at The Block at Orange, or at least they did a few years ago, not too far from Disneyland.




Drinking is on my "to do" list. No guarantees on flashing (Splash/Flash mountain anyone?) , don't want to scare anyone.

I ran by Co D over the weekend and I'm happy to say they are filling the shelves with lots of new stuff finally. It's been kind of the same old stuff for the last few months, so its fun to see new stuff hitting the shelves! Pin traders...they usually have $3 pins for sale
