my friends are on the East Bound repositioning Disney cruise right now and they had wanted me to go--but there was no way I could be gone two weeks! Luckily they left from Calif. rather than Fla. . . . . .

Hi Steph! What did you think of the final outcome on The Next Food Network Star?

For me, I actually LIKED Lisa at the end and was disappointed she didn't win--although I liked Aaron too.

I like Lisa too at the end. Is it me or did they change the way things worked this season? I thought they gave the viewers an opportunity to vote for who they wanted during the past seasons? Anyway my dad likes Aaron's show, cause he loves to barbeque. I love to eat barbeque but not to cook it.

Yes, last year everyone got to vote--but . .. . since we voted for Amy--who was apparently a big dud, I guess they decided not to go that route this year!

Me 8! Hi, I'm Sarah. I went on the original Ladies only trip to Disneyworld that Beth started back in '06. And now I am going to try to do everything I can to go on this trip too! If you all will have me that is! I have a lot of catching up to do to meet all of you! I have already read the first 1/2 page and say yes to the tours and yes to the character meal. I have always wanted to do a tour but never had the chance to.

About me...I am married for 6 1/2 years to a great guy who loves disney and I have a 3yo ds and a 8 week old dd. I used to be a travel agent and I specialized in disney, even going to the college of disney knowledge fam trip in disneyworld a few years ago! I would some day love to do an adventures by disney trip to europe with my family...hopefully that will happen in the next 6 years or so.

I look forward to getting to know each and everyone of you! And hello to the few I do know from the Disneyland Divas working out and getting healthy thread!

So what page do I look at to get more info about what meals are planned and are there specific days set yet for each tour? Are we doing special shirts or anything? I loved the brown and pink ones that were worn is some of the pictures I saw from the last ladies trip!

Hey Sarah!!! Yes, we will have you! I can personally vouch for what a friendly, nice person you are. Or you were unless you've undergone some major personality changes since I saw you last.

So what page do I look at to get more info about what meals are planned and are there specific days set yet for each tour? Are we doing special shirts or anything? I loved the brown and pink ones that were worn is some of the pictures I saw from the last ladies trip!

Everything will be kept on the first page. That way if you can't read along through all the chatter everyday, you still won't miss anything. And if there are any updates, I will add them there or let it be known by updating the thread title.

We don't have any set days for the tours yet. We were just sort of seeing who was interested since some of the ladies already did the VIP tour last time. I know some of the tours cannot be booked until a month before hand, so we have a ways to go.

As for meals, pretty much the same thing. Last time they did they Goofy's Kitchen meal, so this time we decided on the Lilo and Stitch meal. I think the character meals are fun as a large group, so I hope that we'll get lots to sign up for that.

They also did Blue Bayou last time so I'm not sure how many are up for it again.
I am, because I didn't eat there last time, so anyone who wants to join me feel free.

Basically it's going to be like the WDW trip where you can just sign up for the things you want to do, and skip the ones you don't. The whole group isn't together the whole entire time. Makes it easier that way, and also allows for each person to tailor the trip more to their budget and preferences.

As for tees, we had two last time, one designed by Callie's DH (Dangermouse)and one done by Capri (disney-super-mom). I am very uncreative when it comes to all that so I'm hoping (hint, hint ladies!) that we'll get some fun ideas this time too. I'm open to any and all suggestions.
