One thing I was confused. In the part where they show Jack with his beard and he and Kate at the airport when Locke is dead, is that AFTER the part when he and Kate were "together" and he had proposed? In other words had they already been together and then they broke up and now this is later on when he meets her at the airport and he is strung out. And why do you suppose he never tells her that that is his nephew or tries to give Aaron to his grandmother. I mean when they first got back it is not like Kate was SO attached to Aaron that she felt like he was her son or anything. I don't get that but I guess maybe we will find that out. Maybe she HAD to keep him to make their story work. I don't know.

According to the TV Guide, they said that was after he had proposed. She probably did have to keep Aaron to keep the story moving along, because they all have to go back to the island now. Also, it keeps up with their cover story. Claire wasn't supposed to be a survivor, so there's no way she could have had the baby after the plane crash.

Well she lives off of the 15 and Saint Rose. Kind of by the Silverton.

Ok, well, I do know where the Silverton is. In fact, we passed by it yesterday on the way to the Disney outlet. That would be great if she could join us.

As for the mini meet, I'm glad you can come!! I personally won't be there until sometime between 3 and 4, but I know several of the ladies are making a full day out of it.

I need to contact Katie (mamakate) since she made the reservation and see if we can add one more. What time do you think you'll get there? If you think you'd just like to come for the meal, that's fine. We can meet you at the restaurant.

If you'd like to make a longer day out of it, then maybe you can make arrangements to meet up with some of those who will already be there. In any case, I'll PM you my number before then so you can at least be able to reach me.

I think since there seems to already be a few interested, I'm going to get a list started on the front page for tours and who's interested in going on one.

There is also the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour and the Segway tour we can try.
Now's the time to take a tour if you want to, because on some of them you have to be 16 and older, so you wouldn't be able to do it with your kiddos in tow.

So I'm still workin' on my work friend.... she wants to come.... I have had to drop the nanny plan cuz it turns out her daughter actually doesn't like kids!

I need some more details though before I can get her to commit so I'm gonna price a trip out there for the 5th-8th and after I get her a #, I'll see if I can give y'all an official "Add me to the list!"

Doesn't like kids huh? Well yeah, I can see how that might be an issue. We're keeping our fingers crossed for ya that you can make it work out!

Just an FYI for any of the girls who want do do the VIP tour, the price has more than doubled since we did the tour in April. Currently for a group of 10 it would be $750 or $75/each. We only paid $30 each in April.

I think it's nuts that they raised the price so much. But having said that, with a group of friends is still the way to do it, because your only paying a portion of it, as opposed to the whole thing like you would if you went with your family or something.

I've been good. I just can't believe how fast time is flying. Our mini-meet is already next weekend . My kids school is also out soon and I haven't even registered them for summer day camp yet . I better get moving or I won't have anyone to watch them for the summer.

P.S. I'm not even 3 months pregnant yet and I've already gained 15 lbs . I think I better slow down on the snacking .

Just a reminder for any ladies that are new this trip, I realize this thread can move fast at times, but don't worry. Most of it is just chatter, with some planning thrown in. LOL

After all, part of what makes the trip a success is chatting and getting to know one another a just little bit before hand. BUT don't worry if you don't have time to keep up with it all.

I know!!! I'm so excited to see some of you again, and now meet some new ladies.

My kids are out of school on June 4. I'll be glad to be rid of the early mornings, and the homework hassles, but I'm terrified of what this summer is going to be like with all of us home all day!
It's too hot to just send them outside to play like we used to do. I've got to look into some kind of summer programs, but like you, I haven't done it yet.

15 lbs? Eh, that's nothing! With the twins I think I gained that in one week. Besides part of the fun of being pregnant is indulging a little bit.

That's kind of what I thought but the way the jump around is SO confusing. I can't wait for season 4 on DVD so I can watch it and pause and really disect it LOL!
