Okay I'm thinking about the segway tour or Walk in Walt's steps. Anyone intereseted in the Walt's steps tour? I believe that one includes lunch at the Carnation Cafe (I could be wrong).

steph

I also would be interested in the Walt's steps tour . . . . and maybe Vip again--haven't decided.

I'll put you and Steph down for the Walt tour and you as a possible for the VIP.

I might think about doing the VIP too. We'll see.

Mary Jo, I read some of the blog! It was great. I like how he said leave it to you to find a way to crash it. :rotfl: I'm glad you weren't hurt though. Yikes! And that your camera faired ok.

Sounds like it was a great trip. Expensive though. Wow. I had no idea it was such a difference. 70 bucks for those few items you bought!!

The pics were really cool. :thumbsup2

I just called Disney about the Walk in Walt's Footsteps Tour -- the lunch has changed. It is now in the Tour Garden located to the left of City Hall (behind the kiosk), and they offer a variety of sandwiches. We'll be updating that on the DIS. :)

It was really expensive there. The trip was, too -- trip of a lifetime for my family & I'm still paying for it. :) (Someday my kids will thank me for it ;) )

Yeah, Nick has a way with words. :lmao: You should have seen the look on their faces though when I crashed -- horror, and then when they saw I was okay :rotfl2: :rotfl2: (That's my kids for you). My knee was pretty banged up though & it took about the whole vacation (a month :woohoo: ) to heal.

Good to know. Thanks for posting that. Not as good as a full meal, but still better then nothing. :thumbsup2

You were there a whole month?? Wow, I didn't realize that. How cool. Sorry your knee was messed up though. Hopefully it didn't interfere with the trip too much.

Your kids probably won't thank you until they have to do something similiar for their own kids. That's when they'll realize all the sacrifices parents make for them! LOL

Mary Jo: I want to read your blog but will have to do it when I get home because I'm "supposed" to be working!

For all you gals going to the mini-meet, I know Beth won't be there until 3 or 4 p.m. but what's the plan? Are some of us meeting up earlier? Anyone coming in the day before? I am going back and forth on whether to or not. Or is everyone else just coming in for the day?

If everyone going to the June 7 mini-meet wants to PM me their cell numbers I'll put together a list like last time and send it back out so we all have them to meet up.

Has anyone heard from Shelly (castleteeto) lately?

If so, sign me up for Walk in Walt's Footsteps and Segway.

I am doing the Segway at Epcot in December, so I could compare!!!!

Crazy planning so far out!! Amy

I would do Segway with you but I'm afraid then you'd have the opportunity to take pictures of "bruised butt"!!!!!!!!

Ok so I don't know how to do the multi quote thing and I read so many posts I forgot which ones I was going to reply to but I remember a couple of things.

If you are going to DL anytime between now and the girl's trip they have a segway tutorial type thing in the..............geesh I can't remember the name.........the round building that spins but they are working on it right now so you can only go to the upper level. I hope you know what I amt talking about. Anyway they have mini lessons up there.

Also how much is the Walk in Walt's Shoes tour? I would like to do the VIP one but it seems a little pricey. But where do you tour for each one?

On Saturday I should be able to be there in the early evening time. Say 5ish. I need to be home at least until dinner so I can give my son his insulin shot for dinner. They can handle the bedtime shot because it is the same amount every night.

MamaKate thanks for thinking ahead and making extra ressies. I can't wait to meet you guys.

I think I might have remembered everything. Wow that is a first. :rotfl2:

Hi Ladies,
I am a newby to the girls trip and I am looking to have a roommate. I am 40ish and fairly nice most of the time. Definetly get ready quickly. Light drinker, moderate chatter. No hooker shoes though. Anyone need a roomy?

I think I have read all of the trip reports from the last ladies trip. But, no one has given great detail about the VIP tour.

anyone want to share all the gory details?

I too will be waying the value of $70 for the tour, but since noone else in my family is interested, this would probably be the only time I will get the opportunity.

I was wondering the same thing?!? I hope she's ok. :confused3 And I hope she can still join us for the mini meet.

I'll send you my cell number. Thanks for offering to do that again. That way we'll all be able to keep in touch. If everyone answers their phone that is. LOL

OKay, multi quote lesson:
In each post is the quote button that you click on to quote that person, right? Well, next to it, is another button that has some of these " and a + in it.
Click on that and it will highlight. You've just quoted that person. You can do that to as many posts as you'd like to quote and on different pages.

Once you have clicked on all the posts you'd like to respond to, simply hit the post reply button like always, and all the ones you clicked on will appear, just waiting for your response. Easy. You can do it. I have faith in you. :rotfl:

Thanks for the info on the segway tutorial. :thumbsup2

Here is more info on the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour including price:

And here is more on the VIP Tour:

See if that info helps some. If you still have more questions, just ask away and between all of us, we'll figure it out. :thumbsup2

No hooker shoes?? But I don't understand. How will you pay for this trip, and get all those freebies and upgrades?

I'm kidding of course!;)

I better be careful with the new ladies before they all think I'm insane. :rolleyes1 :rotfl:

You are all signed up! :thumbsup2
You do realize if you do both Segway tours you'll be expected do some sort of trip report comparing the two. Unless you plan to take Stacie with you to WDW so she can write your TR for you. :rotfl:
