No. No snow yet. But it will be super cold. It should be about 59 during the day. Maybe to the low 60's. Overnight it will drop to about 18 or so. Yeah, way cold.

I finished reading Twilight. It was good. I thought the ending was a little anticlimactic. And why does the trailer look so different then the book? There are a lot of scenes in it that I don't remember reading. I wonder if that means the movie will be very different.

I remember reading it for the first time, and then being very "whoa, that happened all of a sudden" and then it was over.

Just stopping in for a quick hello! Finally starting to feel a bit better. It's been a long haul. Stayed up to watch election night and it really took it's toll on Wednesday. Ethan is sick now, but I think he's finally on an upswing. Riley is finally over it all. Spraying lysol all over the house so that Zoe and DH don't get it!
Enjoying the new job. Heck, enjoying HAVING a new job! But, I think I will enjoy it once I get through training and have a better idea of what's going on. Sounds like it will keep me on my toes, which is what I need from a job.
I miss everyone!
When do the holiday decorations go up at DL? I want to take a quick trip up to wander around and see them.

Hey gals just checking in. I'm majorly short timing it on my DW trip!! Less than two weeks to go now and the panic is starting to set in! LOL. I STILL have not packed because even though I THINK I know what to pack the fact of the matter is I just plain don't have that many clothes so I CAN'T pack because we are WEARING our clothes and CAN'T pack them till then LOL.

But anyway they FINALLY opened up the Southwest flights through May and even though THIS trip comes first I had to bite the bullet and buy my April tix first because there are MORE of them and we are going over spring break. That set me back almost a grand which was PAINFUL on the forefront of a huge trip but I had to put it on the OLE visa card and I am ANXIOUSLY awaiting my tax refund next year to pay that sucker off and finance THIS trip!! But anyway it looks like mom and I will be flying out of LAX on an 8:15 flight so we probably won't have to catch the shuttle till 4 or 5 so depending on when the WCT meal is on Sunday we may be able to make that. Do you know what time you were planning that for? Let me know and if we can swing it we may be interested in that.

I haven't bought the tix for march yet but we opted for a later flight so we would not feel stressed and since we ARE flying out of LAX it gives us enough time to catch the shuttle and get there with the 2 hours to spare and yadda yadda.

I checked on OC but it was a full 100 more each and that is just TOO much. That will buy me plenty of meals and other good stuff

I have been busy busy though trying to get everything wrapped up I tell ya.

Things are just getting crazy. Trying to get ready for this trip and thinking about the ladies trip AND my April trip. It's nuts!

But fun too! I'm just glad I HAVE so many to think about cuz after these three are over who knows with everything going on with the economy. These may be the LAST for awhile.

Better enjoy them while I can!

I admit I will be glad when soccer season is over. TOO much going on. Plus I found out when we get back from our trip the girls have minimum days that entire week for parent teacher conferences. UGH! So ANOTHER crazy week! But at least they shouldn't miss much at school!! They are only really missing ONE day on the 20th and it is the day before a week long break so NO homework then just the schoolwork they would have had that day and then they will only miss two minimum days on the other end.

SOOO hopefully it won't be too bad for them.

What stinks for me is I have to come back and immediately go back to a stack of stuff at work and both girls have minimum days so I don't know HOW I am going to work. I guess I will have to either hope grandpa can watch them or take them work with me. BLEH!

Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a good weekend so far. My kids have a four day weekend since they have Monday and Tuesday off for Veteran's Day, so they are happy campers.

I woke up way too early this morning, around 5:45. I couldn't sleep so I was up doing things; laundry, dishes, cleaning outside, sweeping, taking out trash, cooking, cleaning out fridge, vacuuming, etc. I worked until after 9 and then I was pooped! Now I feel crappy from lack of sleep.

Oh well, just wanted to say hi! Have a great day!!

Well, I'm ready for a break NOW. My DS has been home for two days sick and I've been trying to keep up with work (I work at home ) and take care of him and it has been difficult. The poor boy - nasty cold. But he's starting to feel better, which means he is even more demanding because now he's bored
