I looked a little bit but mostly it's Disney themed stuff. Not sure if that's the route I wanna go.

Surprised, not angry--it's a popularity contest and most rap fans are not going to be watching DWTS.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I don't get how Ty stays in.......he's even partnered with a new pro.....he's terrible & can't believe he has that much popularity! I didn't realize that cowboys watch DTWS......

I don't think it's cowboys per se but "middle America"--who don't relate to an African American rapper. But do to a rodeo cowboy--not fair--because she is the better dancer--but see above re: popularity contest. It's not enough to be a good dancer--you have to be likable and popular--sometimes you're both like Kristi Yamaguchi was.

I made my own magnet with photos of our family (on powerpoint) and uploaded it to Vista Print (www.vistaprint.com). You can find Xlarge magnets in the business promotional items section. Sometimes you can find good discounts with Vista print as well. Not that much more expensive than buying that magnetic paper and I think it turned out better. An option for you...

Good morning ladies. I have about 30 real estate agents coming to my house for a realtor tour this morning. I swear I've been cleaning non-stop for 24 hours (and my house ain't that big!!) I feel like I just keep cleaning the same things over and over and it still isn't clean enough. Ugh! Wish I wasn't so obsessive compulsive!

Anyway, please send some prayers/good thoughts that this will jump start our house in the "getting it sold" direction.

Yeah, I was screaming at the screen last night too. It is all about the fan base before even arriving at DWTS. I had no idea before this that he had such a huge fan base.

I think it's less about them not relating to an AA rapper and more about how rappers don't watch the show. Meaning it's less negative (against Lil Kim) and more positive (that Ty's fan base is voting for him).

The country-type population, I learned, thinks Ty is a rockstar. Look for much lower scores for him next week! The judges are not happy.

But what makes the show so interesting is that someone without a real base - Giles - can show up and suddenly win people over. And -- he's French!

It doesn't hurt that he's partnered with Cheryl.....she's pretty popular with the fans now. I think my surprise from this was where all his fans were coming from & being with a new pro. She hasn't had time to build up a huge fan base.
I was totally disgusted by Jewel's comments about Melissa....I was really hoping he'd go home because of her being a snot!! She said that Melissa should have gone home because she couldn't dance last week & that it wasn't fair to have her rehearsal judged.......ummmmm Jewel??? you did notice that she received a 21 right???? Bottom line....she's threatened by Melissa's talent & she obviously wants Ty to go all the way. If he makes the finals.....I quit watching!!!

So what'd you all think about Idol last night?????? Adam & Alison very great (as they should be) & their duet was awesome!!!! Kris & Danny definately not in their comfort zone...should be interesting to see who goes home tonight.

That's a great point, I forgot he was with a new pro dancer. Her choreography is not my fav.

I hadn't heard about Jewel's comments - tacky. Melissa is dancing through severe rib pain (although she's got something for it).

Yeah Adam and Alison were amazing together. And very generous of Adam to share his special hairdresser with her. Danny did not pick the right song for him. Interesting to see if Simon's predication will be right.

I was thinking it was luck for Alison to have Rock week right now or she probably would have been out..but this probably saved her, and likely Kris will leave. I voted for the first time last night and it was very easy to get through for Kris. Too bad - he is very talented, but does not stand out in this group. I think the judges were too hard on him last night - I liked the song chose and pretty much thought he did great.

In all honesty, I'd like to see Alison go - don't know why she has always annoyed me, Do not like watching her. Definitely talented though.

Adam has the talent, but think he belongs in Vegas or Broadway - cannot stand the way he sticks out his tongue when he screams.

Oh, dear...think my mean streak is coming out!!!!

My podiatrist said that getting a pedicure was one of the worst things you can do for your feet. Ever since he told me that, I stopped getting them.

Good to know. Now I don't feel like I am missing out.

You can always go to the beauty school and get one for cheap...tell them you like it rough!

Anyway today I have not one but TWO doc apts and I STILL have my stupid headaches!

This weekend it is supposed to be 85 if you can believe that LOL.

I'm curious, what made you move to AZ in the first place knowing how much you hate heat? Was it the house prices?

I hate the heat too, but we chose Vegas because after three years in Northern Michigan, I couldn't take another winter. I wanted to move back to CA where I grew up, but it was out of our price range.

I have a 1200 sq. ft. apt full of crap that I need to bottle down to 400 sq. ft. at the absolute most. I doubt my new place will even be that big. My new land lady hasn't measured yet.

I can come help you! I'm good at stuff like that. I'll bring my super size trash bags.

Vegas Gals-I have researched the spas, and while Stacie's spa sounds great, that feels a little far for me to go to. So, I have decided to spend Sat. the 25th (July)at Qua. Just sayin, in case anyone wants to join me Read the reviews: it sounds like heaven. Don't worry, I won't be naked. Anyhow, thought it would be fun if anyone else was interested, or I am perfectly content to go alone with a good book

You know what they say about cycles becoming synchronized? Well I think you affected me along those lines because I have a little 'situation' This NEVER happens, as I take my pill at noon every day for 365 days a year. Sometimes I get breakthrough but thats once and awhile if I falter a little, which I haven't done. I blame my recent bond with the Divas!

No, not really. This has been building and it completely makes sense why I've felt like I've been losing my mind lately and WHAT A RELIEF! I actually called my therapist last Wednesday because I wanted to throw things or put my fist through the wall... I felt such closet hostility last week! I've been so unseasonably tired and forgetful. I just want to smack myself in the forehead now! I almost forgot what hormones were like
