Good morning ladies...Happy Friday!
Is there something up with the boards today? I can see who posted but I can't read anything. It's blank. Anyway...consider this a test post just so I can see if it shows up.

Thanks Beth. You would think I wouldn't mind getting my blood drawn as I used to be a medical asst and when I was in school we had to do it tons of times but still you get tired of getting poked all the time. Plus all the meds I take make my blood really thin and it doesn't clot well so I tend to bleed and bruise a lot and so I have to hold that stupid cotton ball on there for a long time and usually when she first pokes me the blood goes flying everywhere LOL. It is quite exciting

And you can have the rain! I actually don't mind it if I don't have to go anywhere but since I have to take the girls to school and pick them up and go to work etc that is when I hate it. I am spoiled I know. Heck when I lived in Washington I was WAY used to it and it didn't even phase me but I have gotten spoiled again.

I'm with you Kelly I'm dreading this rain. I just hate rain all together unless I'm home and have no errands to do. Tomorrow morning Ayden is supposed to be in the Fair Oaks parade at 10 then he has a T-ball game at 4 if it doesn't get rained out. He's missed T-ball for a week now with being sick and them cancelling it due to the swine flu thing.

Our swim team is going to be in that parade but we decided against it. One because we wanted just ONE more weekend to relax before it is NON stop madness and two because of the rain. As I mentioned before starting next weekend we have time trials and then it is on pretty much every weekend from then on out. We only have two bye weekends from then until August. One in June when the high school we practice at has Graduation and then the 4th of July weekend. Otherwise we have meets every single other weekend.

So since we are doing every meet we wanted to just have this one last weekend off. Esp since soccer starts the VERY next week after swim ends. Actually it starts BEFORE swim ends technically cuz soccer starts the first of August and Champs is the first weekend of August. So they overlap.

Anyway gotta run the girls to school. See ya!

Oh Deb that is SO cool that Jordan's step mom did that. So unusual too. Sounds like a great relationship between all of you! I remember you saying that usually you don't get much or get to do much so I am so glad that someone remembered you this year!! Enjoy!!!

Yep we do have a great relationship. Usually I am the only one who remembers me, but lemme tell I give my self pretty darn good gifts!!
Abby is really great. I have only met her once, last summer, but she is super nice. Total redneck, she cracks me up. We email once a week. When they were here visiting, Jordan called laughing, Abby & him went to Wal Mart & Wendy's, she was in her pjs, slippers & had curlers in her hair.
We are both going to school for nursing. Oh and Jordans grandma hates both of us. No one is every going to to be good enough for her son.
Oh well she gets to deal with her not me. I just smile, wave, say hi & bye and run away as fast as I can.

Wow, that was really nice.

I love this girl! I am so thankful that Jordan has such a great second mom in his life.

I haven't had any issues. But what bugs me is ever since the update they did, I no longer get a pop up when I have PMs.

Hello Everyone

Hope you all are doing well. I'm glad that it's finally going to be Friday. A lot of good movies come out.....I definitely want to see Wolverine. Hugh Jackman is kind of HOT!


Tomorrow is my boyfriend's birthday. The time has flown by so quickly! I got him a pair of jeans, Puma sneakers and a Jamba Juice gift card (we are Jamba Juice junkies! ). I ordered a birthday cake for him, which will be ready on Saturday. It will look like this:

The only difference is that it will be royal blue and the inside will have vanilla cake with vanilla cream cheese mousse and strawberries. I hope it tastes as good as it sounds.

His family is throwing together a BBQ to celebrate. It's also his cousin's daughter's 16th birthday so we decided to celebrate together.

We are home from the surgery center and I am happy to report that everything went very smoothly and very quickly. We got there at 6:30 and his surgery was at 7:30. The doctor was out to see us by 7:45 and Ty got discharged at 8:05!

Everyone is a little tired now so we'll just be taking it easy for the rest of the day...

Thanks again for everyone's support as I geared myself up for today. Ty was a rockstar and it was as easy, breezy as I hoped it would be!
