Happy Friday ladies!! So what's everyone doing this weekend?

Me? I've got to go on the hunt for a white t-shirt to use for my Tink tee. I have looked so many places though and am not having any luck. Who woulda thunk it'd be so hard to find a white tee???

Cleaning a booth, and slicing 9300 pounds of ribeye beef!!

As for my weekend--a friend's daughter is coming over tomorrow to make Valentine's Day cookies with me--she's 6. Not sure if her two-or three? year old sis is coming with. (That will be a handful!) We were supposed to make Christmas cookies but it never quite got on the calendar for either of us. (Who knew six-year olds were so busy these days????) I am looking forward to this and dreading it at the same time--KWIM? But I'm sure we will love doing it. (or die trying!)

Sunday I will probably work.

And sometime in there I want to try to clean out more junk from my house.

Exciting plans, huh?

(oh and then there's also calling the two or three guys on eharmony who gave me their numbers and want me to call them--if I get the courage)

Have fun making coookies! I made some heart cut outs the other day with my Mom. Yum!! Good and buttery..

Give those guys a call. Especially, if they gave you their numbers!

Yayyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!! My zazzle t-shirt just came and it looks wonderful and it FITS!!!!! (the most important thing).

For those who still need to order (Stacie?) I got the Performance Micro-Fiber T-shirt in 2x--it's a little big in the shoulders but not too much. And the fabric is WONDERFUL. It was a little bit more than the cotton T, but I think it will overall be more comfortable (especially if it's hot).

I ordered it on February 3rd and got it today (Feb. 6th)--they were FAST.

Tomorrow we are running some errands as a family, and I need to get my haircut and highlighted, so that will probably take up most of the day. Then, on Sunday, I have given Dave "the day off" from parenting since he will be playing single dad Thursday-Sunday next weekend and then again while I'm on the Girls Trip. So, I don't know what Ty and I will be up to yet. Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy, but if it clears up on Sunday Ty and I will probably head to the park to play. Otherwise, maybe we'll hit the mall

My plans are...tonight I want to go and see the new movie with Drew Barrymore (I just love her). My kids are going to watch a different one.
Then tomorrow night. Chris, the guy who I made dinner for a few wks ago. Well we hung out last night at Karaoke and he asked if I had plans for Saturday night. I don't. So we are having dinner & then going to the casino/bar. The only thing he requested was that the place I choose for dinner needs to have a TV so we can watch the Gonzaga basketball game. Ok I can deal with that. I like Gonzaga....So it should be fun. I am excited.

Yes--I think it was under men's (which is probably why the shoulders are bigger). I like my short sleeves "longer" (if that makes sense) so even though I think the ladies' would have fit, it would have shown my 'bat wings' so prefer the men's styles which have longer sleeves.

As for us Shane is not working again tonight. I swear I am SOOO sick of his job. It seems we just never can get caught up. It is ALWAYS something. Yesterday we had to fork over 150 copay for my surgery and then tomorrow is Lynn's birthday and we promised to take her out to dinner and then she asked if she could bring along a friend so I know that is going to be an expensive dinner and now THIS! UGH! So I told him it looks like a no go on our annviersary next weekend now. Figures. This happens every stinkin year. Plus they had a union meeting thursday night and they voted for ANOTHER stupid freeze on their wages which is stupid because they aren't even getting paid their normal wages anyway. But what else is new.

We were only going to go to dinner and a movie for our anniversary anyway but I am just tired of this happening every stupid year. Oh well what else is new. What really sucks though is we were going to try and take the girls up to truckee to the snow on that Monday but I don't know if we can even do that now cuz of everything else. Man this just stinks.

The only GOOD thing is he has a friend who is an electrician who wants him to switch jobs so he is looking into it. It makes me a bit nervous for him to switch careers at this point in our lives and in this economy but it is something we are seriously thinking about.

OMG, kids are so funny sometimes.
And sometimes not.

Trade. I would rather do homework than dishes ANY day of the week.

And yeah...Maddie is funny, but whoo boy, she is sassy. She also says whatever she wants, whereever we are.

I hate taking her to Walmart. She has said some doozies there.

Now granted, I know that it's often better looking at it from the outside than living with it everyday.
