I am exhausted from the hike this morning. We did 4.5 miles in 80 minutes. Doesn't sound like a big deal except that we did a lot of hills and it was a rocky trail.

I went to the doctor's yesterday, and we decided to give me one more week without work. I go back next Thursday to see how things are doing. DH is a nurse also, and is going to pick up two extra days a week until I'm back to work. This will actually give $100 more a paycheck than if I worked. Man, I would love it if he actually WANTED to do that. Then I could stay home and play housewife/mom. He's the bestest husband in the world. I owe him...

I have no preference, I'm pretty easy... probably shouldn't have said that. I'm glad you're feeling better, and didn't have to work. My DS got through his mono quickly, probably due to the fact that the Dr. had him on Amoxi because of the strep throat.

Hey Stacie, I keep getting those high volume alerts. Have things really picked up that much or is it just BS?

It's definitely picked up, pretty much back to back now, but they pay by category now, so I'm making less than I used to, even though I set up my categories for only the higher paying ones. For the past couple of days, it's been all Generalist questions so that doesn't help either; I've averaged about 12 cents/question. When I was getting only Specialists, I averaged .15/question. Not .20, but hey, I'm sitting here doing nothing else anyways, so why not ChaCha?? I am making about $8-10/day, only doing it during weekdays for about 1 1/2 hours each day, which keeps me on track for about $200/month.

Beth, I'm an expeditor at ChaCha, and it's nonstop for me. It's crazy! I'm not sure what the normal load is, but last night, it was really busy. You should try it out again. We can have our free corndogs and date shakes together!

I might do that. I can always use some extra money. We've got the family trip to SoCal in early June, and I'll need stripper cash for when the ladies come out to Vegas in late June, plus the October mini meet and I'd love to sneak off to DL in December to see the decorations again. So yeah, I'd better get busy doing something to earn money!!

I did a little number crunching and there is approximately 49 weeks until our next Girls Only trip. If I put aside just $15 between now and then, I'll have $735 saved. Now the key is remembering to do that.

You can easily earn $15/week, definitely more!!

Ohhh! Great idea! I might do $25 though to make sure I have plenty. Stacie are we shacking up again? I think I'm going to take the same stand that Beth is....I don't want to share a bed. Maybe in a king bed, but I relaly don't want to. I am willing to pay more to have a bed to myself.

Beth, I've received MANY of 'those' questions. My DH couldn't believe what people were asking. A lot of the ones that I would get like that were opinion questions, and so I had to answer them! I use the ChaCha crystal ball answers a lot for those!

What do you expect from teenagers!?! All my kids' friends know what it is, and use it. They've asked me if I can see their phone number when they text. I was tempted to tell them yes, but told them I can only see the city, sometimes.

I got my D23 pin from Disney Movie Rewards in the mail today. It's cute. They were even nice enough to stick in a flyer for the D23 club, and of course they didn't put the price of joining the club on the flyer.

I also got some info on the Villas at the Grand. It made me want to be back at Disneyland!

Hey! Okay, I call the sleeper sofa (I could bring some extra padding to make it more comfortable).

We could also add a roll-away and make it 6, especially since there are 2 full bathrooms.

The radio said there were new low fares $99 coast to coast and airlines were all matching it...? This was today.

Why do I continue to look at alternative flights for my trip next week? I keep getting these alerts about "new" airline deals and checking my dates, but the prices just keep getting worse and worse.

Not that my price was that bad--but since I am 'forced' to go on US Airways in December for the cruise (because we cancelled Mom's flight on U.S Airways and she'll have to use the credit then) I was thinking that maybe I would go on a different airline this time at either a better time, or non-stop, or out of LAX instead of SNA and it's just too much to think about! Even though it would cost me $$ to change the ticket, I was thinking if I could get a "cheap" i.e., $250 or less -- ticket at a better time/route I would switch. But alas, I can get it the day before, but not MY date. Aaarrrrggghhhhh!

I am so mad at myself right now. For the past couple of years I have wanted to get a frame for a poster I have, but they have always been too expensive and I couldn't afford one. Well, the other day I found a frame for a REALLY good deal and got it. I was sitting here taking apart the frame to put the poster in, and what do I do!? I shatter the freakin' glass.

So are you considering using Owners Locker at some point in the future? I was looking at it and it sounds really cool...but then I couldn't hlep but think...I have family in Orlando and near Daytona Beach...couldn't I just leave something with my aunt for free?

I like looking at kayak.com...they look at every airline site except for Southwest...but I don't find anything under 309 r/t for those dates, and THAT is going into Melbourne.

The 25th, however...259.


There's a flight out of Ontario on the 25th on Southwest for 109 plus tax/fees.

I'm not sure. We talked about it, but didn't set up anything specific. I did PM her my home number though, so she knows where to reach me if she wants.

Didn't I tell you about my new t-shirt business? I use ultra-thin shirts and iron on cute designs that crackle after their first wash. I'm gonna make millions, I tell ya!
