Hi ladies! I hope you all are having a wonderful day. I'm doing a quick drive-by hi and hoping everyone is doing well.

I'm been so busy with work (which is very drama filled). I'm thinking about what I want to "be when I grow up" and been a little stressed about getting my butt back in gear with school. Oh sigh.

Oh, are you going back to school? College? I want to hear all about it.

Did you decide what you want to be when you grow up?

(That is a tough decision for anybody. I just went through that same decision process myself not too long ago, and now I'm in a graduate teacher education program.)

I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up!!


I just got a call from my mom and they've delayed her surgery now until July 2!! Ugh! That is the day I have airline tickets to fly back to LA and then we leave for Yosmite on July 4th. So not only do we have to prolong the outcome I now will be gone for a week right after her surgery and she doesn't want me to cancel our trip. I might try to change my airline ticket to July 3rd and then I'll at least be in Denver for her surgery then fly back early to LA on July 3rd to repack to leave the next day.

Tigger Tails are at Pooh's Corner in Critter Country. I've gotten pretzel rods there too, so you can probably get the celebration chocolate pretzel rods there also. As far as pricing... Just under $4...

Ok I need all of your opinions....

I'm not sure if I shared this, but I was going to have to pay $905 for July's rent at my current place of residence because I turned in my move out notice a few days late. So I saved and saved and saved... then I got my wits about me and contacted the regional manager of the apt complex and was able to get the rate down to $150-175. SO, I was going to cancel my trip on the 5-7, but now I think I can afford it. My question is... is 5-7 and 16-18 too much to do solo? I know I won't be solo the whole time for my b-day, but still... my friend who was going to go with me has to come home to Indy because her grandma was diagnosed with an advanced stage of cancer. DLH view room rates are better than standard right now. They seem to be changing 3 times a day now. So WWYD?

College! Right now I really am thinking of majoring in graphic design. I want that challenge and I know I want to work in art/computers (geek!). They offer this for your AA at a community college not that far from me. I really want to get started and finish with something! I should have graduated 4 year college this year! Honestly, I feel like a failure, you know? I graduated high school with a 3.8 but I went to community college so I can play volleyball for 2 more years and even though I got to play volleyball, I basically messed around and didn't get any school work done!

I took phlebotomy school about a year ago and I thought I wanted to work in the medical field and I found out that wasn't right for me.

Ugh, just so frustrating!

I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up!!

I should clarify.....I will be skipping it if we do it around the same time as last year.

You make a good point about rushing right off to the Meet and Greet set up. So maybe we'll look at another time for Ariel's then. We can even do that as lunch on a day we do a group dinner. So those not interested will still have a group meal option for the day.
