Sarah, I remember talking about character meals once before and I thought we'd decided on the Princess meal, and doing a dinner instead of a breakfast at Goofy's since people liked to spend morning time on rides? Anyone else remember what the outcome of that conversation was?

Nope, I didn't add it. I think it was going to be between Goofy's for dinner OR Minnie's for breakfast. Some wanted breakfast and some wanted dinner. If you want you can do a poll between those two. I don't think we came to a final decision. Unless someone can refresh my memory.

Nothing was ever decided on. What we talked about was doing Ariel's again for lunch possibly on arrival day as we did this past year. Also mentioned was doing Goofy's for dinner since a lot wanted to go and didn't want to be away from the parks as much. The year we did breakfast it was a small group. And we also talked about doing a late breakfast at Minnies so we could do rope drop, get in a bunch of rides and fast passes, have a huge yummy meal, then go right back to the rides. I think those were the ones we narrowed it down to.

Donna ..i was thinking... what if you call the place where you book tickets to fantasmic dessert thingie... and try to book for the night you will be there...when they say it is full...explain the situation about your doctors orders on your back and it being your friends birthday...is there anyway they can help you get 2 tickets..or arrange alternative seatting? It might be worth a try.

CheryL.... we redid our pool surface this past fall and it was just over 10,000. We were also on a waiting list as people are doing home improvements rather than upgrading to new homes.

Dawn, thanks for those ideas. I will try but am not hopeful. Gosh, I may just postpone this replastering now. I can think of a lot of other things to do to the house with those kinds of funds.

Donna, good luck with the Fantasmic seating. If I was there, I'd stake out a front row spot for you for hours, no problem. .

Ugg I've been dealing with a fraud nightmare! I tried to sell a camera on craigslist and thought I had a buyer. Then I get this suspicious email from paypal saying that $780 has been deducted from the sender's account, but is pending upon my entering a shipping confirmation number. No money is in my account and the email was written in very poor English. This person has continually harassed me to the point where I've contacted the police in Tampa (where the shipping address was listed) and my local prescient. So craigslist users beware!

ps. I never shipped the camera!

I'm not a big clown fan. I'm not scared of them, but I do think that most clowns look a little.....creepy.

I finally caught up! What I've been doing is clicking on my user name and then click on my last post but then I forget to post again so the next time I go to catch up on the thread I'll know where to start off...if that makes any sense at all!

I miss Disneyland. I miss having my annual pass. I miss Mickey!!!!
I really hope I can get a job soon to pay of these stupid credit card bills and start saving money for my AP!!!!

Morning all. My stupid internet is still not working so I am hurrying to post before it goes out again. AT&T is supposed to come between 12 and 4. Which means they will be here at 4:01! But anyway not much else today. Mom and dad left for Mexico today so that means I have to go and take care of their animals and house for the next week and a half bleh! Oh well what else is new. I already do it every weekend. But anyway I better hurry up and get off before I lose my post. Hope everyone has a good day and I hope that the cable people can fix my net without having to come in the house or I will get charged .

Ok--and don't post any with snakes. (WHY WHY WHY does Petsmart have to have the snake display at the front of the store? I'm standing in line and can see one climbing up the glass of its enclosure--eeeeeekkkkk It's gonna get me!)

I hate it when I'm walking along across our lawn in bare feet, minding my own business, and I'm just about to take another step when something catches my eye in the grass......something small and green with a stripe.....AHHHHH, it's a bloody snake! And I almost stepped on it!

Another time, I picked up an empty pop can (left in our yard, probably by one of the kids) to throw it away, and suddenly a snake slithered out of the pop can. OMG, it's gives me the eebeejeebeez just thinking about it!

On a more exciting note, I don't know if you all remember, but I was looking for a slimming swimsuit for Vegas since my bro wanted to stay at the Golden Nugget because of the water slide and pool. I totally won't post any images of snakes......if I can help it.

Actually, that's when I like snakes.....when they are BEHIND GLASS.

OMG! I am so afraid of snakes! I cannot even look at them if they are behind glass and I have to change the channel if they are TV. They just give me the hebbie jebbies! When we go hiking I am so nervous and I make DBF walk in front always to warn me and if I have to you know, take care of when nature calls I make him walk to the spot and make sure there are not any of those squiggly creatures in sight!

I am not very fond of clowns either but I can tolerate them if necessary but I was frightened when I was little by a big Shiner clown at a parade.

DBF's company is sponsoring a dinner in Lancaster tonight as a thank you for all of the time they spent on a now defunct project. They invited wife’s and SO's too since this project took so much time away from family time so I'll be driving to Palmdale/Lancaster later this afternoon. I'll be sure and wave to those who live in Palmdale!

Oh Heather - I forgot to post yesterday to comment on your sunset picture...that was the most beautiful sunset pic I have seen! DBF and I love sunsets and are always trying to capture the perfect one but your pic was just awesome!
