For inexpensive and very cute tees, I would recommend Stitches, Urban Planet, or Bluenotes.
I've never been a fan of LA Senza Girl. I've always thought they sexualized little girls too much. The skirts were too short, the shirts were cut in revealing ways, their styles were too mature, their underwear has provocative sayings written on the booty, and they have wired bras for LITTLE GIRLS. I have never agreed with those bras. Little girls bodies are still developing and those wired bras are not the best options for them.
