On a very sad note...I just ate 4 girlscout cookies and I think I'm going to be sick. Not good. (YAY involuntary bullimia)

Are these from the freezer? 2010 doesn't go on sale until Jan 16. We have a Scout in the house, so anyone who wants cookies, pm me and I'll send them.

Thin mints are deceiving. One does not remain thin by indulging in these delectable treats. I am very suspicious of the small, uniformed girls that sell these as a weight loss product.

They were in the cupboard. Part of it was the fact that they aren't ones I really like. They are the peanut butter patties (I just threw up a little bit thinking about them)

My daughter used to be in Brownies but the group was made up of the most uncool kids and the leaders refused to do anything for the community. I know the girls got a badge for eating at a buffet one night. Not sure why or how? Also, they picked a "needy" family for Christmas and we all went to walmart, but the girls stood around while the leader grabbed stuff. I kept giving suggestions like "We can get a better quality coat for less if we go to XXX or I saw this toy on sale here...I'll pick it up". She kept saying no and she was sticking to the list and wasn't going tons of places to get "crap". Also, on the list for the kids, they wanted wii games and blu-ray movies. That pissed me off. She spent 400 dollars on one family and most of the things were wii games and the blu-rays. They could have helped in a better way or helped more. She said "What kind of Christmas would it be if they didn't get what they wanted" and all I could think was "The kind of Christmas where the parents have their priorities wrong and have bought electronics for their kids instead of buying them coats and hats and food".....

The troop also refused to plant flowers or do a park clean up because as the leader said "That's really gross and the girls won't learn anything"

I feel so honored , I do have to admit, it takes me a few weeks before I get their names down. So if you don't mind me refering to them as the winey one in the black shirt, we will have a long and great discussion.

Same here. If I refer to a contestant as the "overweight one", you'll know who I'm talking about.

By the way, have you gotten over the spirit crushing finale of two season's ago - the one where Helen(the witch) stole the win from my favorite contestant of all time, Tara? To this day, I still cringe when I think about that. I could not stand Helen. When she sent her daughter home so she could stay on campus, it was instant dislike for me. Tara deserved that win. You could tell that Helen was not healthy at the finale. She did not play the game with integrity. Talking about it here, does help to heal the wounds that I still carry.

I didn't like Helen either. She was down home fake! I missed it last night since there was some football game on.. you know, one of those bowl games.. something about potato chips and some frogs.... I did like the purple team though.

(Actually, I did watch the game, but was soooo rooting for TCU!) Stayed up until after midnight and had to get up at 5:30... that was dedication. I feel bad for them because they are trying so hard to do so good.)

It was like her actions were saying "Honey, I love you, but you're still fat so move out of my limelight"

I also didn't like the old lady (Pam maybe?) that ALMOST made it to the finale on this past season. She didn't look all tha fantastic. I also have mixed feelings on Shay. I just hate when people are blubbering idiots ":::sob sob::: I HAVE to be here because my mom didn't love me when I was young and so I had to eat to feel loved..blah blah blah". I just don't get it? I'm chubby, but that is because I eat pringles and girlscout cookies before bed and purposely wear the wrong shoes so I don't have to work out. Hahaha. I can't wait for the new season though! We can all watch together and reconvene (sp) at commercials.

That's okay. I will not only be watching, but playing along. I think I probably packed on ten pounds over the holidays. I have my stationary bike set up right in front of the tv and I will be riding while listening to the always inspirational words coming out of Jillian's mouth.

Oh, so we would spoil it for you if we began discussing the show while we were watching. Great! There always has to be someone with issues that ruins everybody else's good times. I'm so tired of this. We can't even come together to watch a simple show. This thread is so dysfunctional. I can't post on here anymore. I'll go to some other board, where people are more flexible.
