They were in the cupboard. Part of it was the fact that they aren't ones I really like. They are the peanut butter patties (I just threw up a little bit thinking about them)
My daughter used to be in Brownies but the group was made up of the most uncool kids and the leaders refused to do anything for the community. I know the girls got a badge for eating at a buffet one night. Not sure why or how? Also, they picked a "needy" family for Christmas and we all went to
walmart, but the girls stood around while the leader grabbed stuff. I kept giving suggestions like "We can get a better quality coat for less if we go to XXX or I saw this toy on sale here...I'll pick it up". She kept saying no and she was sticking to the list and wasn't going tons of places to get "crap". Also, on the list for the kids, they wanted wii games and blu-ray movies. That pissed me off. She spent 400 dollars on one family and most of the things were wii games and the blu-rays. They could have helped in a better way or helped more. She said "What kind of Christmas would it be if they didn't get what they wanted" and all I could think was "The kind of Christmas where the parents have their priorities wrong and have bought electronics for their kids instead of buying them coats and hats and food".....
The troop also refused to plant flowers or do a park clean up because as the leader said "That's really gross and the girls won't learn anything"
