Gifts for Princesses?

Hi guys, I have a question regarding gift protocol for Princesses. My cousin is heading to DL in a couple of months and love, loves, loves all the Disney princesses. She is an adult, but she had an idea to take some roses with her to the park and give them to the princesses she meets (as well as Minnie and Daisy if they're around). I know kids give them gifts all the time but is it o.k. for adults to do this? I honestly don't know the answer. I understand the safety aspect of adult strangers giving gifts, as well as the heightened security measures, but she absolutely adores the female Disney characters. Hopefully I won't have to break her heart, but really appreciate any answers Thanks!

Ok honestly, I don't see anything wrong at all or be a problem with bringing flowers to give to the princesses. Barring any allergies anyway. Might want to ask as tactfully as possible each princess about that before giving them a flower. Or maybe give an artificial rose or other flower.

From what I gather, she's going to stop at a store in the area and get artificial roses, easier to keep during her stay and carrying around the park. Forgot about the allergies, thanks. I'll let her know, she'll be ecstatic.

If a character doesn't have a handler they will leave the stage to deposit the gift. Everyone else ends up waiting for them to come back and it will shorten their total time out. They would probably accept the gift, but it ends up being kind of a negative experience for everyone else.

I say if it brings her that much joy, then let her do it, don't listen to the negativity of some people on here.
