Gift shop question?

When I stayed at the AKL, my 5 yr old found some little figurines in the gift shop. They are plastic Disney characters, dressed to look like they are going on safari. They are about 3 inches tall and were $3 each, I think. The question is, does each resort sell these little characters, dressed in the theme of that resort? My 5 yr old wants to add to the collection....

Each resort will have some exclusive merch. I can't say that I've seen these items at each hotel. If you contact the info desk at WOD/DTD they can help you.

I don't recall plastic figures of Disney characters themed for the resorts that I have stayed at. I would imagine AKL had them because they are themed for AK. Of course, AK and AKL go so well together...go figure. Now, I've only spent time at Moderates, so maybe the other deluxes do have themed ones.

Oh my - you are bringing back memories for me!!

In 1992 when my daughter was 3, we stopped in the Poly gift shop every trip through the lobby for my daughter to buy the little characters. She had everyone you could imagine - including almost 101 dalmations!!!

You can get them at Downtown Disney at the DIsney Store!!

Enjoy - they are great fun for little ones!!!

Thanks for the ideas! I will definitely be checking the stores in Downtown Disney and seeing if I can make some phone calls to find out more about the little characters.
