Where can I use Disney gift cards in the park? (DL or DCA)

You can usually use Disney gift cards at all locations inside the parks (barring system issues), except those that are operated by third party vendors (such as Arribas Brothers and Ghiradelli's), the lockers, pressed penny machines, and balloon sellers. Only the Disney-owned locations in DTD (such as World of Disney, Marceline's, etc.) accept Disney Gift Cards.

Ok great. I have a few visa gift cards. I’ll just use those instead as I can use them everywhere

Just to follow-up, the pressed penny machines and balloon sellers are cash only.

Oh I’m not worried about those. Just mainly food and drinks and maybe a few gifts to bring home to the kids

Basically anywhere that can accept credit cards can take gift cards

You can't use them for mobile ordering (at this point, anyway), so you may want to consider that when spending them - focus on souvenirs, table service, etc., so that when you want to mobile order, you can just use your credit card.

You also cannot use them to purchase MaxPass.

Ok thanks guys. I was surprised my getawaytoday package came in already. Next 5 months will stink. Lol

I may link my tickets to my app now and then buy MaxPass upon arrival
