I called Disney in Orlando and they told me that I can use my Disney Visa Rewards Card anywhere on Disney Property like a giftcard. I can use the Rewards Card to purchase a Disney giftcard when we get down there if I choose. They also said Planet Hollywood, House of Blues, and Rain Forest Cafe at Downtown Disney accepts Disney Giftcards
