ghosts at Disneyland

Yes. It was around last Feb. It was just past dusk. We were coming around the corner of the Golden Horseshoe going towards the Shooting Gallery. It was empty empty. I swear for just a split second I saw a cowboy in a white cowboy get up. Pants, western shirt, boots, hat. He had long gray hair and a white handle bar mustache. He looked right at me. And I looked at Dfi and looked back and he was gone.
We walked around that spot again later that night and I saw a cowboy upstairs on the balcony of the G.H. He was younger. Short brown hair, black get up this time.
He was holding a pistol. It was freaky!!
Also, walking down that area by the BT Ranch, we haven't seen anything but it feels really spooky there.
Oh and the cowboys I saw, the seemed friendly. And no, the G.H. was not open and there wasn't a show playing.
Really cool.

I've read stories of there being a ghost on Pirates of the Caribbean who has to be greeted when the ride is started up in the morning or there will be breakdowns later on. I can't recall the exact place I saw it though.

Well supposedly there's this big mansion in New Orleans Square or something. They say it's haunted. ;)

hehe

On a serious note, ask Cast Members who work in said mansion and they will tell you all sorts of stories involving ghosts when there are no guests in the building. A few told me stories about the rooms suddenly going cold, someone whispering their real name which no fellow CMs knew, and on and on.

Well, if I were going to "haunt" someplace...it would be Disneyland. :thumbsup2 But I'd be nice about it! :tiptoe:

Lots of people (myself included) get a really creepy feeling back on the Big Thunder Trail. But, if anybody watches Ghosthunters on Sci Fi channel, I have wondered if that area might be a "fear cage".

Basically, for those of you unfamiliar with that show, apparently when there is a large amount of electrical equipment that is not properly shielded, it can cause people to feel uneasy and as though someone is watching them.

When you consider that you have all the Fantasmic equipment on the river side of the trail and BTMRR (and all the machinery it takes to run a roller coaster) on the other side of the trail, it feels plausible to me that the area has the potential to be a fear cage. Pair all that with the fact that the area is typically pretty empty at night and the relative lack of lighting, and it all adds up to a pretty creepy place to be by yourself!

Wouldn't I love to live in DL for eternity!

I love the idea of ghosts at DL. That's where I'd go if I were one.

Yeah I was watching some haunting show today on the History channel and they said that most ghosts haunt the place that they were most happy in life....Yep I'll be haunting DL that's for sure!
