Was it Keith? I think that was his name. I have read stuff that he has said and he seems like a really nice guy. I wish he was still with them.

Just though I'd bump this up - I really enjoyed reading the stories. My dh tells me it's all nonsense. I SOOOOO wish a spirit or something would stand right in front of him and slap him or something!! LOL!

Don't have any experiences - well, wait, I guess I do.

My beloved grandmother passed away 4 years ago. I was very upset at the time. After returning home from her funeral, the lights in our bedroom fan started turning on for no reason- mostly in the middle of the night. It seemed to be on days when I'd been the most upset. About a year later, our son was hurt and needed some stitches. That night, the lights came on in the fan. I just said, "he's fine, Gram - nothing to worry about!". Didn't happen again for a while. Now, whenever I seem to be upset or missing her a bit extra, the lights go on. Can't find a valid reason for it - other than Gram checking on me!

Alright.. i have a good ghost story.

You know how you have friends from work. Well i know a nice lady from work and we go to lunch and visit. However lunch is usually talk about work or current events.

One night i went to bed and i had this odd dream about a Man asking about her.

So i meant to tell her about and i forgot. Then a couple of days later i walked around the corner of my desk and it triggered the dream. I told her ..i had a weird dream the other night. This man was asking me about you. He was sitting at a desk that the top was slanted to like a 45 degree angle. And while we talked he kept taking these little things and moving them to the desk. He asked me how you were doing. How your mother was doing. Things like that.

I noticed my friend got really quiet.. she said.. what did the man look like.. i described him to her.. he was sitting down but i could tell he was about 6 feet tall, very blue eyes.. whitish hair and wore glasses.

She told me... my father worked ihis entire life for a newspaper setting type ..{ i guess that means putting little letters or words in a frame} she said that her father looked just like i described.

So i was like...hhhmmmmmmm.... as throughout my life.. unusual things happen to me, yet this one..that's pretty powerful!

The next day she brought in three black and white photographs.. they were all of men.. before she could lay the third photo down.. i told her.....that's the man that was asking about you, the one in the center!

It was her father.

He has been dead for nearly 30 years.

I still love GH and DVR it every week. GHI is okay but Rob is annoying and that Brandy chick is the most annoying thing since "Its a Small World"!!!!!! She has got the most irritating, nasally voice, and is just so is awe all the time! I miss the girl who was originally with GH and had to leave because of problems with her stomach. And I find it hysterical that Brian Harnois had to go to GHI to stay with the shows after Jay and Grant dumped him!

I'm really not sure what to think of the Halloween fiasco and then the other week Grant got "pushed" down during the Titanic Show and it looked so fake. It seems to always be stuff around him that doesn't seem plausible. He seems like such a nice guy that I can't believe he would fake stuff but then, you just never know!

I do like Paranormal State very much and think they are very genuine. I wish they wouldn't utilize that foolish voice change when they do "Director's Log". It is so high school video class.....too many effects. I love Chip Coffey and he was just here in our town investigating a fort and doesn't it figure that I was in Florida at the time. Lisa Williams was nearby as well while I was gone too...figures......

Ghost Adventurers needs to go away. Period. He is a total jerk and I swear I just want to smack him sometimes and tell him to be respectful of those souls! What a nutso he can be......

I think that the Ghost Adventures guys are hilarious. I assume that you guys are talking about Zak. I don't take them seriously so maybe that's why his mouthing off doesn't bother me.

I don't get the dislike of Rob. I think that he's much better now and steadily improving.

By the way, if anyone likes Destination Truth like I do, I read that they have 9 episodes ready to go. Yah, go Josh!

GA is just annoying to me, I've tried to watch but when Zac talks I just want to smack him I guess I just dont find him funny or entertaining

and Rob is growing on me, (I might have said before) I think it has to do with Andy and Brian being gone

Zac is a goofball but I understand what he thinks he's doing at least. Antagonizing spirits is done by quite a few hunters from what I understand and while I don't necessarily agree with that method, I do get what they're trying to do.

Otherwise Zac seems OK to me. But to each their own. I used to want to smack Brian on GH.

Thank You for the warm welcome. I actually read all the posts on this thread before posting. They kinda gave me the courage to post my experience.

My favorite ghost hunters episode was with the little boy ghost who really interacted with the light up machine.. and at the end of the session he even got invited to go home with one of the ghost hunters. Do you remember that one?

TOWN OF RUBICON — Two men reported seeing ghosts in a town of Rubicon home where they say a murder took place.

The Dodge County Sheriff's Department received a call at about 10:30 p.m. Friday from a male who stated there was a dead person in a house located on County Trunk MM and then hung up, according to a sheriff's log.

When officers arrived, a 29-year man and another man in the house said they had been seeing ghosts in the residence from someone who had been murdered.

Investigating officers said they believe alcohol may have been involved

in the incidents.

I have not been on this thread in a month...does anyone remember the link to Beyond Reality Radio so I can listen to past shows? Someone posted it and I tried to do a search but no luck. Check out You Tube if you want a ton of para nomral shows. Paranormrus1 has over 2000 videos(of course you need to divide it by 5 because they can only post up to 10 min of a show at a time due to copyright infringement) and if you go to a play list you can watch uninterrupted for easily two or three hours LOL>..I found it when I was laid up with a torn colateral ligament in my leg.

Thanks my leg is better I hurt it in March LOL but I have been watching YOuTube ever since. If you are looking for just about any paranormal show really go there. They have tons and tons of ones you might never have heard of and then too the old standbys. paranormrus1 ,as I said, has over 2000 videos! I really do not like Most Haunted it is horrible. There is one called Psychic Detectives which is actually prettty good.

I was happy to see someone pop up this thread. HOnestly my husband was away for a few days on business and usually that is when I watch something that makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck OR I have some sort of experience. This time however....nada and I was glad about it!!!

Wow! I haven't logged in here in what seems like forever. I wondered if this thread was still here. Glad to see it is.
Seem like things have been pretty quiet around here the last few months unless you count the scratches. Jury is still out on that one. I'm not sure if those are paranormal or not. I've had three and it happened to DS once in the last few months. I got a new one this week. It's usually in an odd spot that has been covered by clothing. All of a sudden it hurts and when I pull up my clothing there is a scratch.
I can't prove to myself that it's caused by something paranormal but I can't prove that it's not either.
I don't know what page I left off at the last time I was here but it looks like I've got a lot of reading to catch up on.
