ghirardelli coupons via e-mail

I dont know whether this has been mentioned here before but I was just on the restaurant board where a poster mentioned that she signed up for ghirardelli's e-mails and gets coupons and offers all the time from them. So I went to their site to check it out. Sure enough they have a section called "G-Mail" not to be confused with gmail (LOL) and signed up. They asked if you live within 50 miles of a store - I said yes - and then after I signed up it said that an offer would be coming to me soon.

So for those of you who use the Entertainment book coupon and don't have one this year this may be of use!

What's scary for me is that there is a ghirardelli near me and I dont need any incentives to go pig out there! Yikes!



PS) make sure you spell it right or you go to a bogus site that looks like it could be for them but it's not. Go to Ghirardelli site

Hmmmm...hookedup, I went to the site, signed up for 'gmail', now I am thanking you, I think!? No, really, we are going there in October and it will be great to have coupons I just know if I lived too close to one, I'd be adding Ghirardelli to my hips too

We USED to have a Ghiardelli shop in our mall but it closed midway through last year. BUT....in our new entertainment book there are still Ghiardelli coupons. Wondering if they can be used at DTD's Ghiardelli? Anyone know? It doesn't say anything on them about only being valid in our town.

Our Entertainment book (San Diego) had a Ghirardelli coupon, and stated it was good at all locations, including WDW. We signed up for gmail at the Ghirardelli store in San Francisco last Feb. and have gotten several coupons for BOGO sundaes and $$$ off soda fountain purchases. My mom doesn't have a Ghirardelli near her, so they only send mail order purchase coupons, not Soda Fountain - make sure you say that you are within 50 miles if you want ice cream coupons!!!!

OMG! It's been YEARS since I've been to WDW... I mean back when MGM first opened I'm just starting to research and plan our trip to WDW and didn't know there was a Ghirardelli there!! And to think that I as considering making to to DTD only if we had some extra time. Learned something new and added another must see to the plan. Thanks for posting the link for the g-mail

yes they email and you print them out, usually like $1.00 off a sundae, which i of course can not use unless i am going to wdw...I don't get them every month, i would estimate more like 8xs a year and they are usually good for a month +

On our last trio from 8/21-8/31 we went to both Beaches and Cream and Ghirardelli. At Ghiardelli we used an email coupon for $1.00 off a sundae and an entertainment book online coupon for buy 1 hot fudge sundae get one free (you have to order separately to use more than 1 coupon). At B&C we used our Q&C's to get the Fudge Mudslide, it was huge in comparison to Ghirardelli, which I always thought was big as it is! It took three of us to eat one B&C sundae! IMHO, the sundaes at B&C blow away Ghirardelli's in taste, not just size. (of course I still would go to both, I love ice cream!)

I just received emails from them, the only thing is that they expire within a month. Do they send coupons periodically. I don't need them until next August.

I signed up for the e-mail the day that this posted....I had a B1G1F hot fudge sundae coupon in my e-mail today....that expires a week before we leave....wah!

Two months before our WDW trip.

I also got my free sundae coupon one day after registering and it expires in 2 weeks. Word to the wise: Wait to sign up until a week before your trip!

just got one today for Tues. sept 21...bring email for $1 cone...course i can't use it but but check your email for it!
