What is this?I have seen it mentioned and that you can get it at Ghiradelli Soda Fountain.Is it a big sundae for two?What does it cost?If you have had it please tell me about it.

Have not had this but we had ice cream there last night and saw the earthquake delivered to a table near us. Check out www.wdwig.com for the Ghirardelli menu. I think it costs $19.95, 8 scoops of ice cream plus 8 toppings. It looked REALLY GOOD!

I can't remember the name of the sundae I had, but it was awesome. Butter Pecan ice cream with butterscotch topping, then some nuts, then vanilla ice cream topped with hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry. YUM! Go hungry!!!

We stopped and had this on our trip in February. My DD2 and DD8 LOVED it. I will never forget the priceless expression on my DD2's face when it arrived. She picked up her spoon and ate and ate and ate. She seemed to have a bottomless pit for ice cream that night. Good thing they served it on a serving tray (to catch the spills) and gave us lots of napkins. 2 year-olds make tons of mess with that much ice cream!! LOL. It was 8 scoops, 8 toppings (???), whipped cream, cherries for $19.95. Well worth the money and the smell that comes from that shoppe!!! Wonderful! Beaches and Cream on the Boardwalk (?) has something called the "Kitchen Sink" that is pretty similar. Ghirardelli has awesome ice cream, though, so I am a bit biased. Give it a try . . . it's worth it! Happy eating.
