GF walking trail?

my sister stayed at the grand floridian last fall and while on the monorail noticed some people walking on a path toward the mk,from the direction if the grand floridian.
i have been reading on other posts that there is no walking
path,but i wondered if maybe they just opened it or disney just
just dosen't advertise it. if they do not have a path they should
have one.i would love to be able to walk back after the parades
without having to wait for the boats or monorails,especially
after seeing the post about the monorail breaking down and the
people being evacuated by ladders.does anyone know if disney
has any plans for building one?

There is a path that goes from MK to the GF but it stops about half way with a dead end. I have heard that it will be finished at some point, but I don't know when. I think it would be a good idea, and hopefully it will happen!

You can walk from GF to the Poly. We found the path when we went to look for the wedding chapel which is also a great place for pictures if there isn't a wedding going on.

There is No walkway from MK to GF - there is a walkway from Mk Towards GF - but as mentioned, it stops at a waterway (where they park the electrical water pagent - you can see it from the Monorail).

I'd love to see a draw bridge there so that walkway would go all the way around the lagoon, but alas, it is not there.
