GF toiletries

When we stayed at the GF in '99 I remember the toiletries were very distinctive, different from the standard Mickey Mouse packages. Are they still that way or have they economized with the MM ones?

I've never stayed there, but I thought I remembered someone complaining that they were just the regular mickey toiletries now.

In December, they were not Mickey toiletries.

When we were there last fall..main building concierge..our room had the alice in wonderland wrappers on all the soaps/shampoo etc.

Our room in '99 had the sewing kit, lotion, shampoo, round soap in fancy paper. Girls were too young to remember any of this so, aside from the little tin that has the sewing kit they think I'm making it up, all Disney resorts have the Mickey Mouse stuff! I love any chanse to show them that I do happen to know a little more than them.

When we were there in May, they had an Alice in Wonderland look to the packages. I remember the box with the cotton balls and q-tips had the White Rabbit on it.

Thanks a bunch. Is mousekeeping generous with the items? When we were at the YC I left a note asking for a few extra shower caps and wound up with about 6 of everything, soaps, toiletries, etc. each day!

Our last stay there was in July but I think the little tin sewing kit may not be left in the room anymore.

Otherwise, everything was as it has been for the last few years.
