GF to FW for HHDR

Any idea what it would cost for a taxi each way? And how long it will take? And where we will be dropped off?

And time of travel vs. multiple boats/launches or monorail/bus or other options?

And opinions in general.

I can only offer this: Monorail to Boat. It's only one boat, and once you dock, you are pretty much already at the restaurant. I wouldn't pay for a taxi, but that's just me.

It was a suggestion because I thought it might be a shorter route time and walking.

Yes there is, is goes between CR, FW and WL. So a monorail to MK or CR would work, I would use the MK though. As for a taxi it will drop you off at the front of the campground and you would take any(color) internal bus to the back(Settlement) of the campground, no idea about the cost. Time wise I would guess 45 min using the monorail/boat option, if you just miss each connection, if things align perfectly about 30 min, taxi from the time you get in would be about 20-30 minutes depending on the interal bus connection you get.

No. I was thinking Fort Wilderness. There used to be a boat route that went Contemporary-Fort Wilderness-Wilderness Lodge or in the reverse order.

I was talking about the boat at the Contemporary. Take the monorail to the Contemporary then the boat to Fort Wilderness. I said that because I think it might be quicker but it might not be.

Did they stop this route?
