GF to AOA help

I have a co-worker who will arrive a the World this Saturday. I want to make sure I gave her correct directions. They have their DD a BBB appointment at 3:50 and 1900 Park Fare at 7:45. This is the advice I gave: from AOA catch the bus to DTD. From DTD catch bus to Grand Floridian. After dinner get on the monorail to MK, and from their board the bus to take them back to AOA. Is this correct information?

Sounds good, but perhaps you should warn them about travel times out of DTD.

It can easily take an hour to get from DTD Marketplace to GF. On the way, the bus may stop at PI, TL, & WL. Then there's the possibility of a driver change at PI, which can add up to 10 minutes. Any wheelchairs or scooters will also add time, especially if they are getting on or off at multiple stops before GF.

If they hate to be late for their ADR, they should allow 90 minutes. Or they could take a taxi, which would probably be around $20 and take about 20-25 minutes.

EDIT: I just remembered that TL is now closing at 5 p.m., so it won't be a factor at the time they'd be travelling. You can subtract 15 minutes from the times I quoted above.
