Has anyone ever been to the spa at the GF. I wanted to book some time when my boyfriend is at the Richard Petty experience.
I have lots of questions!! Do you have Answers?

Melissa,

You HAVE to do the Ultimate European Facial! It's absolutely wonderful! Call me crazy, but I'm not a big massage person. The facial was really wonderful and (when I was there) they did massage my neck and shoulders during the facial. It smells wonderful and it's just heavenly. I also got my nails done which is a treat for me and it made me feel really special the rest of the trip. Can you tell I'm a minimalist? Here's a link I found that lists some of the treatments. Good luck and have a wonderful time!!

I'm a frequent GF Spa guest. I might be able to help. What are your questions?

Whay is there a price difference between GF and DI spas.
Is it really worth all the money? The lst time my boyfriend and I went to DW we were penny wise. We thought it would be a long time before we got to go again and here we are going the very next year. I wanted to buy my boyfriend the Richard Petty Experience for 8 laps and that is $350 and while he was there for 3 hours I was thinking about going to the spa, but that is spending almost $800 in one day. I would go for the Spa sampler and a 50 min massage. Just thinking about it makes me excited. Should I do it? Are there any discounts. I am a member of AAA and DC. What do you think?

The DI Spa is run by WDW. The GF Spa is leased to Niki Bryan Spa Management. Both set their own pricing schedules.

I haven't been to the DI Spa. I really like the GF Spa. The Spa Sampler and massage sound like heaven to me. If you don't want to spend quite as much, skip the massage. Your arms and lower legs/feet are massaged during the manicure/pedicure, plus they have you sit in a heated vibrating chair while they work on the nails, so it's like getting a mini-massage anyhow. In all honesty, between the facial and manicure/pedicure you're looking at well over three hours including time to change and let your nails fully dry. I always let my nails dry for a full half hour after TC gets done polishing them, so I plan on a minimum of two hours and fifteen minutes for a manicure/pedicure.

Do yourself a favor and ask for TC do do the nails. She's great!
