No not unless you are a Guest of the GF, Checking in or have an ADR. Disney learned this long ago at the Contemporary.

Thank you! Trying to figure out how to get to MK from CBR without taking the bus. Ha!!

Does it close overnight? For example if I wanted to be the first person in line to get into MK could I walk from GF at 6am? Or is the path locked until closer to park open?

Do you have a car? Or you can use Uber / Lyft to the TTC and then take a Monorail or Ferryboat to the MK.

There are definitely some areas where gates can be closed, especially by the bridge area. I would assume that it will be closed at times particularly when they start running the water pageant again. They also might want to limit access late at night/early in the morning because you’re so close to the waterways there. The walkway from the Contemorary doesn’t really go by much water.

Good point. And if I took a boat or monorail, I would have already don't the security and temp screen before boarding the craft, is that right? So I'm curious, to be among the first guests of the day at MK, which method would be best, walk from GF, or monorail or boat.
