GF Concierge IPO A++

I had to share that I have been working with the IPO for about a week now and they are so awesome. I have dealt so far entirely by email. All my emails have been replied to less than 24 hours and in many cases within 4 hours during the day. They are so pleasant and accomodating. I sent them a very extensive list of ADR's, figuring I would not get everything I wanted, especially the popular places i have had trouble in the past with ....and to my shcok every ADR including Le Cellier they were able to reserve and for the times I requested as a preference ! I was so excited. They emailed me a personalized itinerary for my ADR's that also outlines our arrival and departure day. They have offered their assistance with many things like transportation, special room requests, tickets to activities etc.

If they are anything in person like they are over email...it will be a good vacation

Well, that's great to hear. Sometimes they haven't been so wonderful. GF IPO kind of has a bad rep at this point.

They are even BETTER in person. GF concierge is great! It's our absolute favorite WDW place to stay. The CMs are terrific.

I'll have to e-mail them again, then. I'm about 250 days out, and my e-mails have gone unanswered. (Animal Kingdom Lodge is answering right away, however.)

make sure you use the new email addy, my first email i used an old email i found online here and i got an email a day or so later from someone who told me that the email was not longer the correct one and is not often checked, once i used the new email they gave me, all was good this is the one i use:

Grand.Floridian.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com
