Getting your own bags and Magical Express?

We are headed to WDW tomorrow and my mom is using magical Express. She'll have to claim her own bags, because we didn't get our baggage tags. Will they still take her bags to her room for her? Do you tip anyone at Magical Express? How will that work?

(I've never used ME before and I'm renting a car, but we can't fit all of us and all of our stuff in the car, so mom and her friend are using ME!)

She WON'T have to claim her own bags! More to follow...

She just gets off the plane, takes the tram to the main terminal, goes down to the DME Counter on the Ground Transportation Level of side A of the terminal (only sides A and B, everything is well-signed).
When she checks in at the counter, she just tells them she didn't get the tags. They'll ask for her claim checks, or at least her claim check numbers, and a description of the bags AND will show her pictures of luggage so she can point out what hers resemble.
Then she goes to the bus, gets on the bus, goes to the resort, checks in - and her luggage will magically appear in her room several hours later. No tip required (unless the driver stows any carry-ons under the bus), no waiting required, no luggage-hauling required...
