Getting your drink on in the most magical place on earth

You cannot walk out of Epcot with a drink so it would need to be "hidden" in a mug or whatever.

Or, you guzzle what you have left at the exit while the cast members chant, "Chug! Chug! Chug!"

I think part of the fun of walking around the shops at EPCOT is having a drink in hand. There aren't too many places outside of Disney that let you just freely walk from place to place with alcohol or even say would you like a to go cup?! It truely makes me feel like I am on vacation! I will say that after a day of drinking at EPCOT the Magic Kingdom becomes a whole new experience :-). I'm not usually amused by Monsters Inc. Laugh Lab, but it became a whole new show!

Jungle Cruise becomes even funnier. We become a very captive audience after a day at Epcot...

I am happy to report I am currently in La Cava drinking a wonderfully delicious avocado margarita!!!!!

My favorite place to grab is a drink is the Trout Pass pool bar at the WL. Stewart the bartender is the nicest man and makes a great Grand Margarita! Just a great, fun atmosphere that was in firm contrast to the Territory Lounge, which we did not like at ll.

In case anyone cares, we hit Raglan Road for some Guiness and now at Paradiso 37 for margaritas!! Disney is awesome :)

What are your guys opinion of the atmosphere of BOG and drinking.Would it be relaxing or is it noisy? DH and I were considering having dinner here just so we can have some wine/beer prior to the Elec. street parade. I'm not thrilled about their menu and all I would care about are the drinks. We don't want to leave the park just to get a little looped.

Dinner is much quieter than lunch. The only time the noise level would rise a little was when Beast would walk through on his way to/from his meet and greet.

The Rose Garden (?) room was almost empty when we went last month. The Ballroom and Library were mostly filled so it was interesting to see how empty and quiet it was in the Rose room.

Thumper - you could take the short walk over to the Contemporary and hit the Wave for some drinks or the Outer Rim bar

I also like:...the bar outside Sci-Fi (that lady definitely pours it heavy),
Oh... and the dessert wine flight in Germany is especially delicious.... geesh... I didn't realize how much I drank when I was at WDW....:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Could you tell me what/where this bar is outside of Sci-Fi? I can't picture it.

I second your dessert wine flight in Germany. Yummm.

Hi!!

Isn't there a bar in Japan? Very small, outside. I thought I read they have a drink called a lime saketini - or something?

Anyone try it? :banana::banana:

The bar outside Sci Fi was just a little stand/portable bar outside of the entrance.

Thanks for this wonderful thread! My DD turns 22 tomorrow and we have a trip planned for May 12. Last time we were there she was 20 and couldn't drink!!!! We are from Canada and she has been able to drink since she was 19!

It has been so exciting to read this thread and find out all the great spots we can check out and enjoy as adults

Thanks so much everyone!! Enjoy!

Hmm, I shall make a note of this thread, next trip I'll be turning 21. Unfortunately when we do Disney the first portion of the holiday it will not be my birthday yet, however, we could always return...

I can't imagine getting more then a little tipsy at Disney's prices though!

I have not read through the 18 pages prior to this post so I apologize if its repeat info. http://beersandears.net/
This site is great for fans of craft, imported, and domestic beers. I always go to Disney World with a list of beers to get and where I can get them.
