Getting to Winter Summerland when BB is closed?

How can we get to winter summerland mini golf when BB is closed using Disney transportation? Are buses still running to BB?
I have heard that a bus will still run from CSR to BB even when it is closed for refurb (we will be there in late November). If that is the case, is that the only bus running? We would like to eat at AKL after playing mini golf.

Buses are not running directly to BB anymore period. You must transfer at AK. They just made the change at the end of May. We just got back from our trip to the World, and we opted to take Uber to BB, then used the bus on the way back to the resort (which was a bus from BB to AK, then AK to our resort). We had never used Uber before, but it was super easy and convenient. I highly recommend it!

November isn't that cold. is BB scheduled to be closed for refurb then? I'm pretty sure when BB is closed, the mini golf is also but to be honest, I never looked into it.

We were there last November 2015, BB was closed and the mini golf there was open! We were staying at the YC and were told different things by different people, the front desk didn't know, the cast member at the bus stop didn't know, but the bus driver DID. What happened last year was we were told to go to a park and get a bus to CSR. Then at CSR there was a bus that went back and forth from that resort to BB. Then when it was time to leave the bus that picked up went first to CSR and then onto Epcot.
However, in light of recent changes this spring with the busing to and from water parks this could all be different this year!

With the change in transportation, we opted to take a taxi to BB. It was $14 including tip from Pop Century and well worth the time saved since the water parks close so early now.
