Hello... My son and I will be attending a couple of Atlanta Braves spring training games in March. Last year we drove to WWOS from the resorts, but this year we will need to use Disney transportation or a cab. We will be staying at one of the All Star resorts, so I believe there is a bus that picks up at all three resorts. Does anyone have any recent experience or tips? What about returning from WWOS? Are the busses completely packed? If I'm going to have to wait an hour for a bus there and back, I think I'd prefer to just get a cab. Thanks for any advice!

Last year we stayed at the Pop while my daughter had a gymnastics meet at WWOS. We had the folks at Pop call us a cab. I wrote down the cab company phone # and called them when we were ready to return. It was later at night and there were not any cabs waiting outside the WWOS, so I'm glad I wrote the phone # down. There may be cabs waiting during the day, but there weren't any at night. Hope this helps

I would re-think getting a rental car. My last trip to WWOS was to do a race packet pickup. The cab there was no problem. When I called for a cab back, I was told that it would be (at least) a 30 minute wait.

I was wondering the same thing myself about transportation. We are going to a baseball game there and I wondered if Disney had direct buses or not. Looks like we will be cabbing it over.

I would imagine that if there is a baseball game that cabs would be around afterwards though.

I'm not sure there is a "regular" place. When I was last there, there was a sandwich-board sign with the location of the WWOS->Studios bus stop, rather than a permanent one.

Thanks for the info. We may end up cabbing it. Where exactly is the bus stop?
At the All-Stars, the EWWS bus shares the DHS stop, which is the one farthest from the lobby. Be careful not to get on the DHS bus by mistake.

Usually, when the bus is running, there's a single bus making the loop every half hour. When traffic into or out of EWWS is very heavy, it can take longer.

Sometimes a 2nd bus is put on for major events. I don't know whether that's done for the spring training games.

So it sounds like we would need to be at the bus stop at least an hour before we need to get to WWOS since there's only one buss running. Urgh... that seems like a long time.
