Getting to/from DHS to DTD?

Using WDW transportation, how do I get to/from DHS to DTD? Is there a bus directly from DHS or do I need to go to a resort and transfer to another bus that goes to DTD?

(Sorry for the lame question, I can't seem to find any info on this using the search or sticky. And we've never had to do this in our past vacation.)

I do not believe so. You will have to travel to a resort then travel to DTD.

There are no buses between any of the parks or the TTC and DTD. Too many people were parking for free at DTD and taking buses to the parks, leaving no parking for people actually going to DTD, so Disney stopped running those buses to make it inconvenient for people to do that.

As noted, you will need to get to a resort and transfer to a DTD bus there. From DHS, my top three recommendations are 1) boat to Swan & Dolphin (first stop after leaving DHS) and transfer to bus, 2) walk to BWI (closest resort by foot from DHS) and transfer to bus, or 3) take bus from DHS to SSR, get off at the Congress Park stop in SSR, take the walking path to DTD Marketplace from SSR.

No buses between the parks and DTD....too many people were abusing the free parking priviledge. So, either walk or boat to S/D or BW. Then take their bus to DTD.
Or, take the bus to SSR from DHS and then walk or boat over to DTD from there.
