Getting to Epcot's IG

We will be taking Uber to the Boardwalk in order to get to Epcot's International Gateway. I assume that we'll be dropped off at the main entrance of the resort. Can we walk through the main building (I'd love to see the inside!) and come out the back or is there an outside path that we would have to take?

You can do either. Its really easy. To see the inside (lobby area) just walk through the double doors and you're there. Once you've seen it, just walk out the other set of doors and down the stairs to the actual boardwalk, turn right and follow the walkway to Epcot.

I'm afraid you may be right! I watched a YouTube video on it today and it looks beautiful!!!

We had never been to BW before. One afternoon, we had some free time, so took the boat over from the IG. My dh stood, leaning against a railing in the boardwalk, looking at BW. He said, and I quote..'I would buy that Disney timeshare thing in a shot if it was here!' The next day, checkout, dd and I went to MK for a final visit, dh stayed behind at the Polynesian to finish packing his stuff. In the W ride back to MCO, he told me he had stopped at the DVC kiosk in the lobby and asked them to call me in a few days! We were BWV owners within a month!!
Like I said...be careful!

We do this often, anytime we have dinner plans at Epcot.
Just to note, BC is slightly closer to IG. Not significantly closer, just slightly closer. In case you want to be dropped off there instead.
