Hi,

We are going to Disneyland for the first time in a couple of weeks. I'm wondering what is the best way to get tickets. We live in San Diego, and I've heard of some kind of Southern California discount, however, on the Disney website I could only find deals for if you were planning to go more than one day. Am I missing a discount for just a regular one day pass? Also, is it better to buy them on the internet, or is it okay to just buy them at the gate when we get there?

Thanks!!!

I noticed yesterday that DL is running the 2fer ticket ad. You can get 2 parks, for 1 day each, for the price of a single park ticket. $66/adults, $56/kids. It's only available for So. Cal. residents. I think that's the only So. Cal. discound being offered. It expires 4/28/08. Just so you know, the way these tickets work is you can't park hop on the same day. You have to go to one park one day, and another park on a different day.

HTH. Have fun.

Just ask if you have any other questions.

ADDED-forgot to add that if you want to skip the ticket booth line, print your tix up online. That's what I would do as there always seems to be a line to buy tickets.

I was going to recommend the 2-fer as well, but it sounds like the OP only wanted to visit DLR for one day.

There are no deals on single-day parkhoppers, but you can purchase them online to save yourself time. You can only buy single-day, single-park tickets at DLR.
