Stay well everyone. Flu is moving around here too.

I am PROUD of you for continuing with your plans. Even that there is a small step off on a weak moment at least you are continuing onward. Never give up. You are doing it!

I'm busy at work (as usual) and feeling tired when I get home. It is a bit of a challenge. I am still working on getting onward.
 
Thanks! I'm just watching what I'm eating for now. I hope this bug goes away! I would really like to workout. :yay: I have a family get together in May. I have to be smaller than my sisters! :teeth: I've always been the bigger sister. :rolleyes:(my side)Then we have a family cruise with my husband's side in July!
 
Way to go Chris! You will definately get a walking workout at WDW and what a great place to do it.

Gail & Diana I hope you like the WATP tapes. Diana it will be a cinch for you after the workouts you've done! I think from the sound of it that class would kill me!

My WATP DVD shipped today! I just can't walk on the treadmill anymore, it's SOOOOO boring! I wish I could DIS while I walked, I'd be on there all day long!

Thanks!! That was my project for the day. And while I waited the hour for them to get printed, I did laps around the mall!! :cool1:

Although, don't you want to just grab a pair of scissors and snip that piece of Julia's hair? :rotfl:

My weigh-in was this morning and I'm only down 1/2 pound. Not surprised as I didn't make the best food choices this weekend and didn't exercise this weekend. Also didn't get enough water this weekend so I think some of that is fluid retention (like maybe 1/2 pound).

But a loss is a loss and today is a new day!
 
My weight loss for this week is 4 lbs. I know this is a little more than what it should be, but I think my body is in shock from the healthy food and exercise! I'm actually drinking the water which I think is helping alot too.

Oh by the way, I noticed yesterday that I once again have ankles :Pinkbounc

On to week 3!

I lost 1 lb--but I just ate half a bag of Smartfood and probably gained it right back. :blush: I hate it that I'm not losing any weight. I really think I'm doing all the right things, my kitchen has been closed, I've done at least 64 oz of water a day, no fast food, not too much snacking. I know I am definitely gaining muscle, but I'd still like to see some results. People have been telling me what I need to do is take measurements, but I just dont' want to see those numbers! :faint: Sorry, pity party here today. :sad:
 
I took my measurements before starting all this - that was definitely an eye opener! I will probably wait until week 4 before taking them again - maybe I will be lucky enough to see improvements :Pinkbounc The odd thing is I can see a definate loss in my ankles and calves - sure hope the rest of the body takes a hint and decides to let go of its excess :rotfl:

Diana you may just have to be tuff. I'm someone that normaly takes 2 weeks to see a loss. Just keep it up. Plus some of yours may be building muscle mass. Muscle weights more than fat. :thumbsup2

I lost another 3lbs this week. I'm still not working out yet. I'm not up to snuff yet. Hope to be walking a lot at WDW starting Saterday! :)
 
Lost a pond today! I started walking today. I finaly feel like my old self. Drinking my water starting today also. :yay: :yay:
 
Well I'm down 1 pound for the week which is good.

Haven't exercised for a couple of days and woke up too late this morning to do my walk so I'll definately be doing my WATP this evening.

I've been pretty good with my points and have been drinking my water. I've also managed no to eat anything past 7 pm every night this month! I think that has helped and will try to continue that when the month is over.
 
Good morning everyone! Well, I'm up a few pounds, but that's to be expected, since I definitely enjoyed the food on the Wonder last week. But, I'm back on track today and the fridge is stocked with good-for-me food.
 
Down 2 pounds this week.

My weeks are good until it comes to the weekend! For some reason I feel really out of control on the weekends. I guess that will be my next challenage!

Mary, way to go on the pound. I noticed on your exercise goal that you are very close to what you set for the month, with 8 days to go - looks like you will go over that :banana:

Amy, but wasn't all that great food on the cruise worth a couple of extra pounds :rotfl: A new day!

Okay, so I have to be honest here. I have been going about this whole thing pretty half-heartedly, :blush: but I when I got on the scale last weekend and discovered I had GAINED 2 lbs., I decided I must get serious, so....today I went to Curves and walked/jogged on the treadmill at home for half an hour. I'm drinking water more today too. I'm making the commitment FOR REAL today!

Hey Gang! I was curious as to what all of those little do-dads in your signatures were, so I popped over here to find out, and, look what I found! Our very own little group! I'm so excited! :stitch:

Mary, you and I sound like we have the same plan. I also do WW Online, and I aim for 1 pound per week. I also drink about 2 liters of water everyday (Love my Brita pitcher!), and I'm strange - I actually like water. Diet Pepsi with ice is my reward, usually a couple of times each week. Since I've started (again... :blush: ), I've lost 6 pounds - but I still have about 25 to go. Amazingly enough, not only did I not gain any weight on our most recent trip, I actually lost 1 pound! Not sure how that happened... :scratchin

Cindy, we belong to Lifetime here in Michigan. I love that I can go at midnight! :woohoo: Now, if only I actually went...

Since the month is more than half over, I decided to not join any of the W.I.S.H. challenges. I'll look into next month, though.

Congratulations to everyone on their successes, no matter how large or small!!! :cheer2:

Man! There are going to be some HOT women on this cruise!!! :tongue:
