I just have to say this. No matter how much we all lose I know the one thing that won't get smaller on anyone on this group is their heart. You guys are the most wonderful, caring and fun people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. This journey is better because of doing it with all of you and I can't wait until October when we can call celebrate together!

Mary that was really nice. I'm glad that we are all able to do this together - it makes it so much easier with friends helping out. What better place to celebrate our journey than on the Wonder with our "wonder"ful friends :tink:

I had a good day. Drank all my water. Did a 30 minute slow walk on the treadmill this morning and the one mile WATP for 20 minutes tonight. Also sayed within my points (using my activity points) and I've stayed out of the kitchen (except to get more water) for the 6th night in a row!
 
Good morning all - I didn't weigh in yesterday, since I wasn't feeling well. But, I did this morning and I'm down 1.5 lbs, for a total of 12.5 lbs.

I officially started yesterday. I ate all my points and drank all my water. :drinking: I need to exercise still today. I am really motivated by all of you. Thanks.
 
Yesterday was not the best day for me. I did my walk in the morning. Stayed pretty much on points but went a little over. Just mentally tired when I got home so no workout. I did keep the kitchen closed and I'm back on the treadmill this morning!
 
I got the ok from foot doc yesterday to continue on with my walking and glad of that for sure.

You are all doing such a great job! Keep on keepin' on. You can do it!

How is everyone doing? Yesterday was a mix of good and bad.


The bad was a COSTCO muffin - couldn't pass it up but it was 1/2 of my daily points. Needless to say I had to use some flex points yesterday. It was breakfast day at the office (every Wednesday) Usually it is bagels which I can say no to, but these muffins are huge and yummy.

The good was my water and exercise. Drank much more than my 64 oz of water. I did my 30 minute walk in the morning and the 2 mile WATP in the afternoon for a total of one hour yesterday.

Back on the treadmill this morning and no muffins in sight. :thumbsup2
 
Mary, you are doing an awesome job!! We don't have Costco here, so I don't have to worry about those muffins, thankfully! :rotfl: Yesterday Bosu class was painful. Our teacher must be a big fan of the olympics and she's turned it into sports training. Half way through I was ready to drop, but I kept going. I'm feeling it today though. I'm almost ready to go to kickboxing, and that teacher reminds me of a drill sargeant. If you don't hear from me today, look for my corpse on the floor of the gym at the Y. :faint:

I've done really really well with my water and the kitchen being closed since 2/1!! I'm actually really proud of myself because I never in a million years thought I could do it this long.

Well, I made it---BARELY!! That woman is insane!! In the middle of the class she decides that we are going to run around the gym.....Side shuffling the whole long side, back running one of the short sides and sprinting the other short side. Seriously, I didn't think I was going to survive. It was the longs 45 minutes of my life!!

Gail, between you and me, I'm really surprised Coca-Cola isn't filing for bankruptcy! :rotfl2: I was 5-6 cans a day too. Only the good stuff--regular coke. I still dream about it :love: but I've done really good, it's been over 5 weeks since I've had one.
 
OK, you guys have got my interested peaked. I just ordered the WATP DVD! :cool1: I'm thinking it will give me something to do on my "off" days from the gym. Especially since President's Week there are no classes, and I don't want to fall off the wagon.

Kickboxing REALLY kicked my butt today. We did a ton of squats too and now I can barely walk!! :lmao:
 
Well I lost 5lbs this past week. :thumbsup2 That's the good side.The bad side. I 'm not feeling that great. :sick: I feel like I have the flu. No fever just rolling stomache and tired. Running to the bathroom all the time too. :blush:
I hope to be able to work out next week maybe. If not I'll walk it off at WDW.We leave next friday! :cheer2:
