Hey everyone! I am new to this section of the DIS, and am coming here to seek some advice.
I am in the musical "Chicago" in about a month with our local community theater. Today we had a dance rehearsal in front of mirrors for the first time. Well OMG, I didn't realize how much jiggling I had going on!!!
I definitely have weight to lose, and not sure realistically I can lose in a month, but what I am looking for is tips to quickly whittle away at the "belly fat". I can deal with the hips and the butt but I NEED to shed some abdominal fat.
Tips for ways to make this happen? What kinds of things have you noticed work to address that particular area? I have seen commercials for things on TV that you can take to help with belly fat, and I am open to that if it helps.
Thanks in advance! Looking forward to reading some more of these forums!

), but I've been struggling to lose my last 5 pounds for a long time and finally decided to give two or three weeks of SB a try. I lost 2.9 pounds last week (which is a HUGE number for me) and I SWEAR it was all from my mid-section. Of course, that could be wishful thinking or because that is one of the few areas where I have much of any fat left. But I certainly think it wouldn't hurt to try it.
