Getting ready to buy... 2009 Points only available if you sign while onsite?

We were offered the $90 OKW deal, no closing, 2009 points while we were onsite a week ago. But someone told us we would have had to sign while we were there to get this deal.

Do they generally have "onsite only" deals?

Yes, they do sometimes have those deals. I have read on the boards that others, however, had been offered this same deal over the phone.

If you are still interested, I would contact your guide and see if you can still get in on it.

We just became DVC owners at BLT and we got the 2009 points. We were planning a trip in Aug. and decided that instead of spending all that money and just having the memories of a vacation, we bought in so we could keep going back. We called the person we toured with back in 2008 and got the webinar deal and the 2009 points. Hope this helps!

Depending upon your use year you should be able to get 2009 points. For example, if you have an October use year and purchase before October 1 2010 you should receive 2009 points when you close and 2010 points on October 1. If you purchase on or after October 1 you will only receive the 2010 points.
