Getting ready/space

We are getting close to our big day and I am trying to figure out how 7 of us can get ready in my Wilderness Lodge room, plus the hair and makeup folks I only have 2 bridesmaids, the rest is my mom and grandma, and grooms mom and aunt. Any suggestions? Can I split my group up and Beaute Speciale go to 2 different hotels? Thanks for any help!

Or everyone comes to your room in shifts so everyone isn't there at once. Third option is to hire a convention room for everyone to get ready in.

I had 6 total, including my mother in law and sister in law. I paid for BS to come to my room to do the 4 of us, and then set up someone else to go to my mother in laws room to do her and my SIL. They ended up being in the room next to us but as far as BS was concerned they could has been any were since I booked two separate reservations.
