Getting Old Message Notifications

Been getting notifications of "new forum messages" and new conversations that are a few days, and sometimes a week or so old, in the last day or so.
I've "remedied" this by turning off all email notifications for now, but that shouldn't be a "fix".
Anybody else?

Hi there. They finally fixed the issue with the site shutting down and the fix also released all of the backlogged emails that had been stuck. It should be a one-time deal.
