Getting menus for websites

For those of you that get menus for various websites (particuarly the DIS or AllEars), how do you go about that? I know some places like Coral Reef give you a paper menu, but what about places that have the typical several-paged laminated menu? I'd be willing to get some menus but I don't know how to go about it.

It seems like most places we dine have paper ones, but if they don't, you could just ask. They may have some paper copies.

I've also just photographed the menus posted outside the restaurants. With enough resolution and lighting, they're readable when I get home.

I've never seen a laminated menu at any WDW restaurant except for Raglan Road. They always have paper ones, and always glad to give them to us.
