Hi everyone:wave: My fiance and I are planning to Honeymoon at the Swan this Dec, after exchanging our vows here in Pa. We are in our early 50's, both married before. I was just wondering if we decide to wait and do the ceremony at the resort, how long would it take to get a flo. marriage license? I assume we have to apply in person? Thanks, I am enjoying your posts
::yes:: :bride: :groom:

There is no waiting period for non-Florida residents. You simply walk in, fill out the application, pay the fee and are issued the license, which is then mailed back by your officiant after the wedding. Do remember to bring along copies of your divorce decrees and an out of state ID (Driver's Lis, Military ID, etc.). It's a very easy process.

If you are interested in a ceremony at the Swan, you can contact Just Marry for information about makng arrangements.

HTH!

If you have any questions about getting married at the Swan-ask away! We are getting married there in Oct!

Sorry, don't want to bump into anyone else's thread, but grover, we are planning a VR at WDW next June. It is turning into more people than we thought and I read here that there is no limit on people at the Swan like you do with FTW. Could you give me any info? I called justmarry, but they are not there on weekends. Any info would be appreciated. My e-mail is jessiangel@comcast.net. Thanks!

Your right..there is no max on the number of guests you can have. There is also no minimuns that you have to meet!
Basically you decide what it is you need to have and they do it!
Just marry has a basic package-you can remove stuff from the package if you don't need it and you can add on what ever you want! The swan can also do the reception for you...indoors/outdoors or in one of the restuarants! Again-no max or mins in terms of people and $$$ :)
And the wedding/vr can be as disneyfied as you want it-they even can do the characters!
Just Marry will email you all the info as to what is available-if it isn't on the list just ask. And they don't mind one bit if you use outside vendors-and they don't charge anything extra if you do :)
HTH-let me know if you have any questions!
