Getting Magic Band the day we check in?

We are traveling as a group of 35 in July for a soccer tournament. We will receive our park tickets before we leave. I have the following 3 questions
1. I can link my ticket to my MDE account correct?
2. This will then allow me to make FP+ ressies ahead of time if I want to correct?
3. Next question we won't receive Magic Bands until we check in how do I link them to my MDE account?

Please help!!! I am so confused!!

Awesome!! Thank you!! So for the rest of my group I should instruct them to create a MDE account so they can do the same. I just wasn't sure what to tell them - the last time we went it was paper fastpasses and some had a hard time with that!! This should be fun to explain !!
