Getting GAD w/o vouchers?

MK opens to the GP in a half hour, but I can't sign on to get the vouchers (it says manage account is currently unavailable...)

I read another post where someone said that the CMs at Will Call can pull up the info. Is that true?

Also, if I want to upgrade them, I have to do so before we leave for the night, right? So, I can't do it tomorrow?

I do not know if the people in Will-Call can print or look up your account.

However, any upgrade must be done within 14 days of use of the GAD ticket. It does not have to be the same day. However, any ticket you upgrade to, unless you purchase the No Expire option, will expire 14 days after date of use of the GAD ticket (this does not apply to any variety of AP or a Florida Resident Play-3 or Play-4 ticket).

I don't know either but I don't know if Disney would be ok with CM's having your info needed to sign into the website like your password, I know the company I work for does not allow our workers to sign into customers online accounts for privacy reasons. And I would think if the site is down for you it would be down for them too.
 
I'm guessing you know the answer by now (and be sure to update us), but I've heard that they can look up the info (not log into your account) in case you don't have your voucher, if your ID matches the info in the system. I don't have confirmation of that though.
 

I can confirm it. I realized on the bus to MK that I had left the printed vouchers in the room. I was really really hoping I wasn't going to have to ride all the way back to the resort and back to the MK to get our tickets. So I just went up to the will call and asked. She asked for our ID's, matched our information and took care of the tickets.
