There's a free shuttle van that picks up at the Lost & Found (former kennels) at TTC.

Call the folks at the Speedway for info.

I think you can also drive your own car onto the infield. The entrance is from the exit of the MK parking lot.

I have done that in the past, about 10 years ago. There is a set of traffic lights that allows traffic either in or out. Pretty neat feeling to drive under the track and pop out inside.
